Tonight’s episode begins with Anna, Elizabeth and Anna helping Alex shop for something to buy Allie for her birthday, he is going to see her in a week in Spokane. Allie works on a farm, Alex tells Elizabeth that she is lot like her. He buys her a shirt with her initials on it, and a necklace that his birthstone, her birthstone and the month they met. And, a keychain.
Jonah and Trent are outside working on the lawn, Trent tells him he has to get in better shape, he finds he gets out of breath and he never did before. Jonah tells him it is called getting old. Amber and Alex go out to help.
Trent always brags that he can outrun the kids, especially Jonah so Amber challenges him to a foot race. Trent was wrong, Jonah wins.
Next, Amber challenges them all to jump n jacks. Jonah beats them all. Trent says he thinks he needs to get in shape. Jonah says he is now the clear man of the house.
Jonah and Anna meet up at the park to talk about whats going on with each other. He tells her some ways to deal with anxiety, he knows she is stressed out right now with Topher and work. He helps to teach her how to meditate. He tells her that he doesn’t want to go back to where he was two years ago and all these things helped him and he hopes he can help her.
Alex is playing video games when Amber and Trent interrupt him and ask if he spoke to Allie today, he says no, they were both busy all day. They chat, remind him of respectful rules when he goes to stay with her at her house. He has never flown by himself and he admits that he is a little scared.
Trent is not worried about him. He is nervous, but he thinks Amber is more nervous than he is. She reminds him to respect the rules of their home, Trent says not sitting on the couch and blankets over both of them, Amber says hands have to be visible at all times. Even though they remind him of the rules, they know he is a rule follower.
Brice and Elizabeth look at another home in their home search. This one is west of wear Trent and Amber live, and it is on six acres of land. Brice found the place from a guy he works with. They both love the house, they find it is a perfect fit for them.
Trent and Amber are in their bedroom. He bought some new socks and puts home on, they have the name “daddy” on them. She asks him why he bought them. He tells her that he has to get the garage set up so he can work out. E has been eating better and lost a little bit of weight. He tells her he can lose more weight while doing the deed, romancing.
Alex and Emma tell Amber that it is to weeks to homecoming. She says they are going to have to start planning, they will have to get things altered. He’s not sure if Allie can come from Ohio, but he hopes so. They start talking about colours, Emma throws pink out there and Alex says he doesn’t have to match with her, they are not dating.
Jonah and Trent are out having a beer and they talk about school and his next steps, getting a job. Jonah doesn’t and being a general manager, he doesn’t know if he will go to Riverside with Trent, but Trent thinks they would be a good team.
Amber is dropping Alex at the airport, she is really nervous, he is the first child to fly alone and the youngest one. The traffic on the interstate is horrible and Amber is concerned about the fact that time is running out. They have checked in online, she can walk him to security but he will have to ride the train to security.
She plans on staying at the airport until he is on the plane. She gives him more tips, once he shows his passport put it way. They arrive at departures and Amber can’t believe there is only thirty minutes left before his flight takes off. She pulls over to an area that is called “kiss and flight” and just leaves her car there and goes in with him saying, “I hope you don’t miss your flight.”
