Days of Our Lives (DOOL) spoilers tease that Jen Lilley may reprise her role as Theresa Donovan and reunite with some familiar faces in Salem. In fact, Lilley already posted an offscreen reunion and a possible hint in one of her recent Instagram stories.
DOOL fans will recall that Anne Milbauer (Meredith Scott Lynn) was Theresa’s partner in crime once upon a time.
Jen Lilley shared a pic of herself having dinner with Meredith Scott Lynn, so that got fans wondering if an onscreen reunion could be in the works, too.
There’s no official confirmation just yet, but there’s some strong buzz about Lilley’s return to Days.
Of course, it’d probably just be for a short visit since Lilley doesn’t seem interested in coming back full-time.
Even so, it’d be great to see Theresa again – and maybe Anne could pop up for a visit, too.
Regardless, Theresa’s return makes sense now that her brother is onscreen and part of some new storylines.
Andrew Donovan (Colton Little) is sticking around for a while, so Days may want to let him have a reunion with his sister down the road.
We’re hearing that some other Donovan family members could become part of the action depending on how things play out.
Whatever the case, Colton Little is on Lilley’s list of recent Instagram follows – and Elia Cantu (Jada Hunter) is a new follow as well.
That points to Lilley perhaps getting to know some new costars due to a return stint.
Theresa Donovan shares a child with Brady Black (Eric Martsolf), so maybe she could bring Tate Black (last played by Colin and Kyle Schroeder) back to Salem – either to hang out with his dad or stay with him permanently.
Days always finds ways to incorporate characters we haven’t seen for a while in fresh stories, so that seems to be the plan for Theresa.
If Jen Lilley’s return is indeed in the works, we’ll look forward to seeing Theresa Donovan back on canvas!
