Days of Our Lives (DOOL) spoilers reveal that Johnny DiMera (Carson Boatman) and Chanel Dupree’s (Raven Bowens) latest romantic reunion will continue to be a good thing for both of them. Chanel will reconnect with Johnny in the bedroom soon, so they’ll both feel closer than ever.
Of course, Johnny might still be married to Chanel right now if it weren’t for the devil causing so much drama. DOOL fans will recall that Johnny ended their new marriage while he was possessed, so it’s been a long road back to where they are now.
Johnny has had other times when he pushed for remarriage – like when he popped the question while high.
However, Days spoilers say there won’t be a tainted biscuit in sight the next time Johnny drops to one knee and pushes Chanel to marry him again.
It looks like Johnny will deliver this new marriage proposal in an impulsive moment after lovemaking, so he’ll hope to make it romantic despite not having it all planned out.
Johnny may insist that they’ve wasted so much time already and argue that he doesn’t want to waste anymore.
Even if it takes some work to convince Chanel they’re ready for the next step, Days spoilers suggest Johnny won’t stop until he makes her his wife once more.
Naturally, that means Holly Jonas (Ashley Puzemis) will have to stand by and watch Chanel become the new Mrs. DiMera.
That’ll be difficult for Holly, but there could be some upcoming developments between now and then that change the game.
Days spoilers say Holly will confess her feelings to Johnny during the week of October 30-November 3, so he’ll have to let her down gently.
Johnny might contend that if he were younger and they weren’t going to be stepsiblings, maybe things would be different.
Regardless, Johnny loves Chanel and won’t want Holly thinking she has a chance with him.
It’s possible that Holly will try to sabotage Johnny and Chanel’s engagement anyway, but it’s equally possible she’ll just throw herself into drugs and other bad coping strategies.
Days of Our Lives spoilers say Johnny will propose to Chanel once more and hope they can marry for keeps this time, so stay tuned for updates on any other big news about their future.
