Days of Our Lives (DOOL) spoilers for the next two weeks, May 15 to May 22, tease that Kate Roberts Brady (Lauren Koslow) will narrowly escape death once again. During the week of May 15-19, Chad DiMera’s (Billy Flynn) attempt to rescue Kate will almost get them both killed thanks to a shocking secret.
Dimitri von Leuschner (Peter Porte) will catch Kate and Chad by surprise when he insists he doesn’t need either of them as a hostage.
There’ll be another hostage that Dimitri’s counting on to help him fulfill his list of demands.
Fortunately, Harris Michaels (Steve Burton) and Steve Johnson (Stephen Nichols) will shake things up, so they’ll score Chad and Kate’s freedom.
Roman Brady (Josh Taylor) will reunite with Kate, so they’ll hit the sheets and just enjoy being in each other’s presence after all this time.
Days spoilers confirm that a new DiMera family member will be exposed, so that should be Dimitri on his mom’s side through Megan Hathaway (Miranda Wilson).
Megan will discuss her grand plan with Kristen DiMera (Stacy Haiduk), which likely involves Dimitri using his hostage for immunity deals all around.
It looks like kidnapped Andrew Donovan (Colton Little) will be the one in hot water this time around, so this ISA agent may become Dimitri’s bargaining chip.
When Chad returns to Salem, he may find that Stephanie Johnson (Abigail Klein) and Alex Kiriakis (Robert Scott Wilson) have gotten far closer than he’d like.
Alex will lean on Stephanie now that he’s been fired, so Chad might witness a warm embrace once he heads back home.
While Brady Black (Eric Martsolf) pines for Chloe Lane (Nadia Bjorlin), Xander Cook (Paul Telfer) will show Chloe a more sensitive side of himself.
Once Xander confides his remorse over Susan Banks’ (Stacy Haiduk) tragic fate, Chloe will see a lot of growth in his personality.
Next, Rafe Hernandez (Galen Gering) and Jada Hunter (Elia Cantu) will focus their investigation on Colin Bedford (Jasper Newman), so this will lead to a shocking discovery.
Once Jada realizes Colin is Sloan Petersen’s (Jessica Serfaty) brother, she’ll launch a Sloan grilling session and battle concerns over Colin’s deranged behavior.
Sloan will uncover Nicole Walker’s (Arianne Zucker) secret as well – most likely threw an overheard conversation – but she’ll have to decide what to do with the pregnancy news later.
While Sloan’s dealing with the cops, Nicole will react to a sudden marriage proposal.
EJ DiMera (Dan Feuerriegel) will pop the question and leave Nicole wondering how she can commit with the paternity mystery hanging over her.
Stefan DiMera (Brandon Barash) will also ask Gabi Hernandez (Camila Banus) to marry him, so maybe EJ will hear about his brother’s plan and propose to Nicole – just so he won’t be outdone!
After Talia Hunter (Aketra Sevillian) shuts down her fake romance with Chanel Dupree (Raven Bowens), she’ll reveal that she’s been working with Martha Bedford’s vengeful son.
Chanel will hear all about Colin’s twisted goals, so she’ll rush off to warn Paulina Price (Jackée Harry) while she still can.
A fake health inspection will lead to Colin deceiving Paulina and Abe Carver (James Reynolds) at Sweet Bits before total mayhem explodes.
Colin will knock Abe out and drag Paulina up to the roof while aiming a gun at her, so this will lead to a stunning climax.
Days spoilers say Chanel will show up just in time to see Colin inching Paulina toward the ledge.
Although Chanel will fear Paulina’s going to plummet to her death, Colin will apparently fall instead – though he’ll live to tell the tale.
It’ll be Rafe who finds unconscious and injured Abe, so he’ll race him to the hospital during the week of May 22-26.
Abe will thankfully pull through this ordeal, so Chanel and Paulina will be relieved.
Jada will have more questions for Sloan, who’ll pay hospitalized Colin a visit as he recovers.
Colin may beg Sloan to be his attorney once Jada handcuffs him to the bed and places him under arrest.
As for Talia, she’ll deliver a heartfelt apology to Chanel for all her deception.
Talia will wish she could go back in time and skip all the plotting, but all she can do now is try to make amends.
DOOL spoilers say Chanel may struggle to forgive Talia for her lies, but maybe there’ll be a way forward for them as friends eventually.
Until then, Days spoilers say Johnny DiMera (Carson Boatman) will make a confession during a discussion with Gabi. It’s possible Johnny will rat EJ out for something, but this might be about Johnny’s love life instead.
Johnny may admit that he feels like he blew it with Wendy Shin (Victoria Grace) when he really likes her.
Since Gabi is still on positive terms with Wendy, perhaps she’ll offer to put in a good word for Johnny and play matchmaker.
Finally, John Black (Drake Hogestyn) will stop by to see Paul Narita (Christopher Sean) in San Francisco, so that should involve some troubling updates.
When Paul learns Andrew is stuck in a dangerous situation, he’ll definitely want to pitch in on his rescue mission.
