Days of Our Lives (DOOL) spoilers for Wednesday, July 5, reveal that Paulina Price (Jackée Harry) will wonder why Whitley King (Kim Coles) showed up at her apartment. Whitley just arrived unexpectedly, but she’ll insist she just wants to offer her condolences over Abe Carver’s (James Reynolds) drowning.
Paulina has no reason to be suspicious of Whitley just yet, so she may think this nurse is going above and beyond to show her kindness.
Of course, that could change if Whitley inadvertently lets some clues slip – like referring to Abe in the present tense instead of the past tense.
At Whitley’s place, Abe will continue to reel over “Theo” aka Jerry Prentiss (Terrell Ransom Jr.) popping up on Body and Soul.
Whitley never mentioned that “Theo” was an actor, so Abe will no doubt put her through a grilling session when she returns.
It’d be easy for Whitley to claim it just slipped her mind – or maybe she’ll pretend “Theo” won a contest where he got the chance to appear.
Regardless, Whitley will spin a new story and hope it makes sense to Abe.
Other Days spoilers say Jerry will have a surprising encounter with the real Theo Carver (Cameron Johnson), so that’ll bring some awkwardness and serious guilt on Wednesday’s DOOL episode.
Since Jerry will feel so terrible about Theo’s grief, he’ll be tempted to confess. However, Jerry will clam up at the last second since there’s a lot at stake.
After Eli Grant (Lamon Archey) and Lani Price-Grant (Sal Stowers) take a break from looking at all the evidence, they’ll share some sweet moments together as they have a tiny anniversary celebration.
Although Lani didn’t like the idea of celebrating without Abe, she’ll change her mind and decide this is exactly what her dad would want.
That’s good news for “Elani” fans since Lani and Eli will share some heartfelt scenes.
In the town square, Days spoilers say Talia Hunter (Aketra Sevillian) will return her Sweet Bits apron to Chanel Dupree (Raven Bowens) and once again let her know how sorry she is about her mistakes.
It looks like Chanel might let Talia keep the apron, but what about her old job? The drugged citizens of Salem would object to Talia working at the bakery now, so she may have to find work elsewhere.
Whatever the case, Days spoilers indicate Talia will also start community service as part of her sentence, so Chanel will see that she’s carrying out her punishment.
Chanel might admit she’s glad Talia doesn’t have to suffer in prison as things continue to thaw between them.
