Days of Our Lives (DOOL) spoilers for Wednesday, September 27, reveal that Sarah Horton (Linsey Godfrey) will have to offer an explanation for her behavior now that Xander Cook (Paul Telfer) has confronted her about Victoria Horton’s paternity.
After Sarah tied the knot with Rex Brady (Kyle Lowder), Xander came barging in the pub and got Sarah to admit that what Chloe Lane (Nadia Bjorlin) overheard was true – that Victoria belongs to him, not Rex.
Now Xander’s outside with Sarah demanding answers, though he already has a pretty good idea of why she deceived him.
Xander assumes Sarah would’ve rather let Victoria grow up believing a lie than have someone like him be her dad.
Even so, Xander will feel betrayed and continue to wonder how Sarah could do this to him. Sarah should’ve learned her lesson by now when it comes to paternity lies and how they always blow up sooner or later!
Although Sarah will act like she was protecting Victoria, Xander may ask if she really thinks he’d do anything to harm their daughter.
Perhaps Xander will suspect this is more about Sarah running from her feelings from him in the end.
Other Days spoilers say Chloe will explain her actions to Philip Kiriakis (John-Paul Lavoisier) now that he’s shown up at her door.
Philip probably won’t blame Chloe for blabbing to Xander under the circumstances and may just want to make sure she’s doing OK.
Unfortunately, Chloe is devastated now that she’s sent Xander back in Sarah’s direction, but at least she’ll have Philip as a shoulder to cry on.
Days fans can expect Chloe to quiz Philip about his feelings on Wednesday’s DOOL episode, so he may admit he still loves her and perhaps always will.
That could lay the groundwork for Philip and Chloe’s joint exit since they’re set to leave for New York City down the road. A romantic reunion could be on the horizon for Chloe and Philip depending on how all this plays out.
In London, Rafe Hernandez (Galen Gering) and Jada Hunter (Elia Cantu) will follow the trail, so that’ll help them locate Ava Vitali (Tamara Braun) and Harris Michaels (Steve Burton).
However, Days spoilers say Tripp Johnson’s (Lucas Adams) actions will catch Wendy Shin (Victoria Grace) off guard, so he might find some way to warn Ava or complicate the investigation despite supplying info to Rafe.
It’d be risky since Tripp’s already been on the hot seat, but Ava’s life could be at stake if she gets dragged back to Salem too quickly.
EJ DiMera (Dan Feuerriegel) remains a threat, so Tripp will no doubt keep that in mind.
Of course, it’s possible Tripp will have a more romantic surprise in store for Wendy instead – or maybe he could arrange a new job for her since EJ recently fired her.
Whatever the case, Tripp will be busy surprising Wendy while Ava and Harris search for Susan Banks (Stacy Haiduk).
There may be a situation where Harris and Ava are able to give Jada and Rafe the slip since they’ll eventually meet with Edmund Crumb (Adam Caine), Susan’s former flame who was last seen back in 1998.
Edmund could offer some interesting updates on Susan’s whereabouts, so stay tuned for news on the clues he’ll pass along.
