General Hospital (GH) spoilers tease that Molly Lansing-Davis (Haley Pullos) will face the big moment of truth. GH fans know Molly thinks she might be pregnant, but she won’t know for sure until she takes the test and gets the results.
It turns out Molly doesn’t have TJ Ashford’s (Tajh Bellow) bun in the oven after all – at least not yet.
Even so, the pregnancy scare itself has already changed Molly’s perspective about starting a family.
Kristina Corinthos-Davis (Lexi Ainsworth) gave Molly some good advice in the March 3 episode and helped her sister see that she truly wanted a baby with TJ.
If TJ and Molly wait until everything’s perfect, they’ll never have kids!
There’s never going to be an ideal moment, so Molly and TJ might as well just move forward with this step if they’re on the same page.

Will this kick off an infertility story instead?
It’d be a tough blow if Molly went from thinking she might be pregnant with TJ’s baby to discovering it’ll be impossible or nearly impossible for them to conceive.
Many GH viewers are always clamoring for more TJ and Molly airtime.
These two aren’t on much – and when they are, they usually don’t get a storyline with real substance.
That could change if Molly and TJ go through a difficult medical ordeal like this.
It could lead to TJ and Molly exploring other paths to parenthood and set up some gripping drama for them to work through as a couple.
