General Hospital (GH) spoilers for Tuesday, March 7, tease that TJ Ashford (Tajh Bellow) and Molly Lansing-Davis (Haley Pullos) will discuss a pregnancy test that she took offscreen. Molly reveal that the results are negative, but she’ll admit the scare got her thinking about babies and when they should start their family.
Although Molly and TJ were planning on being more settled in their careers first, they’ll ultimately decide they’re on the same page about trying for a baby now.
TJ and Molly will celebrate the start of this new chapter while Drew Cain (Cameron Mathison) celebrates some news of his own.
Drew will surprise Carly Spencer (Laura Wright) with some positive updates, so this may be about a potential solution to all the insider trading drama they’ve had to contend with.
Next, Marshall Ashford (Robert Gossett) will talk to Portia Robinson (Brook Kerr) about an instinct that shouldn’t always be trusted.
Perhaps Portia’s gut will tell her to give Curtis Ashford (Donnell Turner) space, but Marshall may worry that she’s allowing the rift between them to widen.
While Marshall tries to help Portia and Curtis make amends, Alexis Davis (Nancy Lee Grahn) will ask Curtis to come with her.
That should lead to a private conversation where Alexis voices her concerns for Curtis.
Of course, there could be more than one reason for Alexis to worry.
Portia’s secret-keeping and all the fallout with Trina Robinson (Tabyana Ali) are big issues for him right now, but there’s a chance Alexis’ concerns will tie in with some Selina Wu (Lydia Look) mob drama instead.
At the Metro Court, it seems Ava Jerome’s (Maura West) conversation with Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard) will get interrupted before she can spill too much.
However, Austin Gatlin Holt (Roger Howarth) will fret over the threat Mason Gatlin (Nathanyael Grey) poses and will sound the alarm to Ava.
After Ava warns Austin not to give anybody a reason to suspect him, he may insist it’s too late for that.
Austin will relay his worries regarding Mason – and he’ll fear that involving Sonny could get them killed!
At GH, Willow Tait (Katelyn MacMullen) will have an honest discussion with Nina Reeves (Cynthia Watros), so she may admit Liesl Obecht (Kathleen Gati) at least wants her to imagine a world where Nina isn’t her enemy.
Although Willow can’t make any promises about establishing a real mother-daughter bond, she might admit she’s willing to open her mind for Liesl’s sake.
It’s the least Willow can do since Liesl may now be the person to save her life.
Back with Sonny, he’ll turn to Olivia Quartermaine (Lisa LoCicero) for help with something.
There’s no word yet on what favor Sonny will ask for, but he’ll make a strong case and hope he can get Olivia on board.
Finally, Dex Heller (Evan Hofer) will secretly meet with Michael Corinthos (Chad Duell) and confess that he thinks Sonny might be onto him.
Michael will find out about Sonny shutting Dex out of the Pikeman deal, but he’ll urge him to stay calm and impress Sonny enough to get back in the loop.
General Hospital spoilers say Dex will have an opportunity to prove himself to Sonny soon, so stay tuned for his heroic move in the coming episodes.
