General Hospital (GH) spoilers update for Monday, June 19, reveals that Nina Reeves (Cynthia Watros) will prepare to face the music. When Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard) remains curious about Nina’s disappearing engagement ring, she’ll insist she has something to tell him.
Nina will act like there’s no coming back from this, but some shocking Ned Quartermaine (Wally Kurth) news will change everything.
Ned doesn’t remember overhearing anything about Nina and her anonymous tip to the SEC.
In fact, Ned doesn’t even remember who he really is! Since Ned somehow thinks he’s “Eddie Maine,” his rock-and-roll alter ego from the ‘90s, he won’t have a clue what anyone’s talking about on Monday’s show.
Tracy Quartermaine (Jane Elliot), Olivia Quartermaine (Lisa LoCicero) and Brook Lynn Quartermaine (Amanda Setton) will hope Ned’s weird memory loss is temporary, but they’ll definitely have concerns and wonder why this is even happening.
Although Ned realizes it’s 2023, his brain is all jumbled. Since Ned’s so confused, it’s possible he’ll believe he’s still romantically involved with Lois Cerullo (Rena Sofer) or even Alexis Davis (Nancy Lee Grahn) since she was once known as Eddie’s angel.
Whatever the case, Ned’s peculiar situation will benefit Nina, who’ll have to wiggle out of the jam she’s created by almost confessing to Sonny.
Over with Brook Lynn, she’ll dish out some tough love. Brook Lynn may sense that Ned needs someone to take charge and perhaps rein in Tracy since she’ll be belligerent over his memory problems.
Then again, maybe Olivia will need a pep talk to avoid becoming too emotional. Either way, Brook Lynn will try to be the glue of the family right now.
Meanwhile, Ava Jerome (Maura West) will run into a nanny-sized hurdle.
After ignoring Austin Gatlin-Holt’s (Roger Howarth) warning, Ava will be tempted to try getting in Sonny’s home office for Pikeman details.
However, Pilar (Brenda Barberena) is on her way to Sonny’s penthouse and may suspect Ava’s been poking around, so that could bring questions and concerns.
When Ava fills Austin Gatlin-Holt (Roger Howarth) later, he’ll hint about hiring a new nanny. Austin may think they need to get Pilar out of the way and slide someone in who can help rather than hinder the mission.
Next, Austin will have a conversation with Laura Collins (Genie Francis) and deliver some words of caution.
Although Austin may push Laura to back out of her Chechnya plans, she’ll think he should stick to medicine and stay out of her family’s issues.
Other GH spoilers say Jordan Ashford (Tanisha Harper) will get an intriguing offer, so Zeke Robinson (Gavin Houston) may be unable to stay away from her.
Of course, Zeke will also have trouble keeping his mouth shut when it comes to what Curtis Ashford (Donnell Turner) did behind Portia Robinson’s (Brook Kerr) back – namely locking lips with Jordan.
When Zeke once again mentions how Curtis has been behaving since the nuptials, Portia will wonder how he would know since he lives outside of Port Charles.
While Portia tries to pry the truth out of Zeke, Curtis and Trina Robinson (Tabyana Ali) will grow closer.
Although Trina and Curtis will acknowledge that their discussion is a bit dull, they’ll still feel like they’re forming a bond – and that’s all that truly matters.
General Hospital spoilers say Curtis and Trina’s relationship could take a hit once she gets updates on him kissing Jordan, so stay tuned for that shocker in the coming episodes.
