General Hospital (GH) spoilers update for Thursday, March 30, teases that Selina Wu (Lydia Look) will meet with Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard) again and provide intriguing information. After making some inquiries, Selina may have a clue about the warehouse shooter’s identity and any connections he might’ve had.
Of course, it may take a little more work to figure out who hired that shooter, but Sonny will be committed to making it happen.
Although Sonny obviously thinks this is a mob battle, maybe he needs to open his mind to other suspects – like Victor Cassadine (Charles Shaughnessy).
Victor has threatened Sonny before and would like to eliminate Sonny’s influence over Spencer Cassadine (Nicholas Chavez), so it’s wise to keep all that in mind.
Whatever the case, some fatal proof will surface of just how far Victor is willing to go.
Victor killed Deputy Mayor Eileen Ashby (Heather Mazur) by hurling her off the footbridge, so her body is about to turn up in the harbor.
Dex Heller (Evan Hofer) will spy the corpse, so he’ll take off his jacket and apparently pull it over to the docks.
Sonny will recognize dead Eileen and call Laura Collins (Genie Francis), who’ll freak when she realizes Victor killed the deputy mayor for her betrayal.
After Laura gets in touch with Drew Cain (Cameron Mathison, he’ll arrive at the safe house with some grim updates.
Valentin Cassadine (James Patrick Stuart) and Anna Devane (Finola Hughes) will find out Victor murdered Eileen, so she didn’t make it over the border like they hoped.
Next, Spencer will clash with Esme Prince (Avery Pohl) over Ace Cassadine (Jay and Joey Clay) as usual.
Esme may remind Spencer that Ace isn’t his baby and push him to get on her side or get out of the picture.
At some point, Spencer will approach Victor and presumably discuss the Ace custody dilemma.
Although Spencer wanted to mull over whether they’d frame Esme, he may decide that plan should move forward and push Victor to work his fake evidence magic.
Since Esme will be at GH with Ace, that may be where Ava Jerome (Maura West) bumps into an enemy on Thursday’s show.
Ava may be skeptical of Esme’s amnesia and warn that she intends to keep an eye on her, especially when it comes to Trina Robinson (Tabyana Ali).
Speaking of Trina, she’ll lend an ear to Josslyn Jacks (Eden McCoy), who’ll spill that there could be major consequences if a secret comes out.
Josslyn will worry about the possibility of Sonny finding out she’s romantically involved with Dex – or worse, Sonny finding out that Dex is working for Michael Corinthos (Chad Duell) to put his father in prison.
Spencer already warned Sonny that Josslyn broke up with Cameron Webber (William Lipton) so she could date Dex.
Either Sonny didn’t take Spencer’s accusation seriously or else he’s playing what he knows close to the vest.
Since Elizabeth Webber (Rebecca Herbst) is still mourning the loss of Epiphany Johnson (Sonya Eddy), that may be why Cameron tries to pump the brakes on departing for Stanford.
Naturally, Liz will push Cam to keep his plans on track.
Epiphany would be disappointed if Cameron didn’t follow his dreams and make the most out of this opportunity.
Back with Ava, she’ll talk to Austin Gatlin Holt (Roger Howarth) behind closed doors.
Ava may share her concerns about Esme’s freedom as well as Mason Gatlin’s (Nathanyael Grey) threat regarding Nikolas Cassadine (Adam Huss).
While Austin and Ava brainstorm Mason solutions, Maxie Jones (Kirsten Storms) will feel like her Nurses Ball plans have gone way off the rails.
Lucy Coe (Lynn Herring) could take them off the rails even further if she makes another surprise popup ahead of the event.
