In tonight’s NCIS episode, Jimmy’s daughter was growing up. Victoria was even going on her first group date. Or she was until Jimmy decided to throw a tantrum about it. He heard that his daughter was doing on a group date with her crush and he decided to cancel the whole event because he hadn’t trusted the boys in the group. He especially didn’t trust Austin. Austin was the boy that Vic couldn’t stop talking about. She was only excited about the group date because she was hoping it would lead to an actual date with Austin.

Vic was so excited about that possibility that she accidentally spoke too loudly. Jimmy overheard her. He started to freak out that Vic was already using the word “date”. He wanted to put a stop to it and so Special Agent Knight had to tell him that Vic was bound to date eventually. Just let her have this.

It wasn’t a one on one date. It was a group date. It was the safest of all dates. Vic deserved the chance to grow up at her own pace. Not on Jimmy’s. Jimmy probably would have said more if a new case hadn’t come in.

Marine Private William Huxley had been murdered in his garage. He was stabbed in the neck with what appeared to be a kitchen knife and he slowly bled out.

Now, Bill didn’t have family. He was never married and he didn’t have kids. He used all of his spare time to either bake or cook. He would use his amazing baking skills to raise money for an Afghan refugee center. Bill did as much as he could to help out his former allies. It turns out Bill was leading an elite Marine force when he decided to go AWOL because he went back to Afghanistan.

Bill was trying to get as many allies out of Afghanistan as he could. He just couldn’t save everyone. He eventually got demoted to line cook after he returned stateside because of the whole AWOL thing.

Only Bill still wanted to help as many people as he could. He started baking. He would take on baking jobs to raise money and he would funnel it right back into the Afghani center. Bill was practically a saint. It’s a shame not everyone saw that. Bill got into quite a few fights before he died. He was fighting with Karen Graham.

The literal Karen was upset with him because she ran her own baking company. She was doing fine until Bill set himself up as a competitor. She accused Bill of taking all of her clients. She even yelled at him through his Ring doorbell except she wasn’t the killer. She has an alibi for the murder.

She was with her boy toy at the time. Also, Bill got into a fight with Mateen Jamaah a few hours before he died. Mateen was an Afghani refugee. Bill had gotten him out of Afghanistan. He simply failed to rescue Mateen’s parents in time before they were killed by the Taliban. And so that’s what Mateen was holding against him.

Mateen couldn’t stand Bill. He stayed away from him as much as possible until one day they were seen having a heated discussion. Bill was asked about it. He told the pastor that ran the center that it had been nothing. Then Mateen didn’t show up at night to help them make gift packages for new refugees. NCIS went to his work where they ran into other refugees only Mateen took off when he saw them. The agents tried to chase after him and Torres took a hit to the head. He had a concussion afterwards.

It was so bad that a refugee who used to be a surgeon had to treat him at the supermarket. Torres was down for a couple of minutes, but he was soon back on his foot. His people in the meantime had found Mateen. Mateen had been building a bomb. They saw some men take it with them. They later learned why Mateen was involved. He wasn’t a terrorist. He was a scared fiancé. His fiancé Asal was stuck in a Turkey refugee camp. The real terrorists were threatening to kill her if Mateen didn’t make a bomb for them. And so that’s what he did.

He gave the bomb. Only the bomb was a dud. Mateen didn’t want to hurt anyone. He just wanted to save his fiancé. Mateen then reached out to Bill for help. Bill owes him after failing to save his parents. Bill said that he could save Asal and they’d be good. Then Bill dies and the terrorists moved up the timeline for when the bomb was to be dropped off. Its why NCIS failed to stop the hand off of the bomb. And so they looked into who was extorting Mateen to get a bomb, they found out that Asal had been approved for permanent residency in the States.

It was actually the refugee center that was holding up her papers. NCIS went to go question the pastor and he had been killed. They got a print from a bullet casing. It lead to a white nationalist. Someone who wants to kill every minority and those that aren’t Christians. But the bomb blew up after they made it to the White Nationalist camp. It killed off most of the white nationalists. It turns out someone had fixed the bomb. They got it to work again and they sent it off to hide their part in the crime. And that someone was the woman who ran the refugee center.

She was White Nationalist and she wanted to blame a crime on a refugee to hide her own fingerprints. She was arrested and a refugee took over the running of the center. Mateen meanwhile got probation. And his fiancé was put on the next flight to the states.

THE END!
