The Bold and the Beautiful spoilers for the week of October 2 reveal that a preview video has finally been released. It features Eric Forrester (John McCook), who gets bad news from his doctor. It appears that Eric’s arthritis was misdiagnosed. As Ridge “RJ” Forrester, Jr. (Joshua Hoffman) keeps another secret about his grandfather, Luna Nozawa’s (Lisa Yamada) words of wisdom could heal the Forrester family. It might also be lifesaving, depending on Eric’s diagnosis.
Eric Forrester’s Diagnosis
B&B spoilers for the week of October 2 reveal that the preview video begins with Eric and Donna Logan (Jennifer Gareis). The couple is speaking with Eric’s doctor, who is delivering bad news.
Up until now, Eric has told everyone that his hand tremors and inability to draw are from arthritis. However, Donna and RJ were both concerned about Eric’s fatigue and worsening tremors.
It appears that Eric might have received a misdiagnosis. Perhaps Eric does have arthritis, but the symptoms are something in addition to it. In any case, Eric gets bad news about his health.
B&B Spoilers: Donna Logan’s Devastation
After the doctor reveals the diagnosis – which isn’t shown in the weekly preview clip – Donna breaks down.
As Donna breaks down sobbing and holding onto Eric for dear life, could the diagnosis be something with no treatment or cure?
Depending on the diagnosis, Eric could be facing even more problematic symptoms that affect his quality of life.
RJ Forrester’s Turmoil
The Bold and the Beautiful spoilers for the week of October 2 reveal that RJ will feel torn about keeping Eric’s secret. RJ opens up to Luna once again.
Luna asks RJ if he’s sure this is the kind of secret that he should be keeping from Ridge Forrester (Thorsten Kaye).
Even though Luna just met Eric, RJ and Donna, she knows of the Forrester family. Fans aren’t sure of the connection yet.
However, it was assumed to be stalkerish or a connection to a villain. Based on the weekly preview clip, Luna seems to truly care about RJ and Eric.
Plus, her words of wisdom might heal the fractured Forrester family dynamics. Depending on Eric’s diagnosis, Luna’s advice could also be lifesaving.
