The Bold and the Beautiful (B&B) spoilers tease that Bill Spencer (Don Diamont) might try to help Liam Spencer (Scott Clifton) out and repair a little of the damage that’s been done. Liam can’t understand why Bill is standing by Sheila Carter (Kimberlin Brown) instead of just sending her to prison like everyone wants.
Although Bill insisted he got Sheila out for a reason, he’s been unwilling to divulge the details so far.
There’s more to the story when it comes to Bill and Sheila’s twisted romance, but B&B writers will have to click the puzzle pieces into place later.
For now, Liam is unbelievably frustrated with Bill, but his heart is in the right place – and Bill knows that.
Out of all the naysayers, Liam is the one who’s being the most persistent and really trying to figure out what’s going on.
Bill may admire Liam’s level of dedication here, even if he’s not admitting much of anything.
Since Bill isn’t willing to dump Sheila just yet, he might find another way to please his son.
Liam is keeping the lines of communication open, so he might end up complaining to Bill about this Thomas Forrester (Matthew Atkinson) situation.
Steffy Forrester (Jacqueline MacInnes Wood) insisted Thomas’ return was the only way to save Hope Spencer’s (Annika Noelle) line, but Liam called that bull!
In Liam’s opinion, there has to be another strategy to save Hope for the Future that doesn’t involve Thomas.
Of course, they don’t call him “Dollar Bill” for nothing, so maybe Bill could put his money to good use and offer to help Liam with a buyout.
Hope could run her line independently and find other paths to success that don’t revolve around Thomas or even Forrester Creations for that matter.
Even Steffy herself pointed out that Hope wasn’t the problem.
Steffy played up the brand Hope had created and how she’d been an inspiration to millions of followers, so there’s no reason Hope can’t build on that popularity.
Since Steffy’s options were to rehire Thomas or watch the line get cast aside, Liam might present a third possibility – especially after he learns Hope changed her mind about bringing Thomas back on board.
It’s unfair for Liam to object when he’s not pitching real alternatives, so maybe he’ll figure one out soon and offer some positive news.
Bill has the money for a buyout, so he could help Hope walk away with full control of her line.
That would give Hope more time to nail down a fresh designer who’d be a good fit for her vision.
Unfortunately, Hope would surely turn Bill and Liam down since this has become about more than just the line.
This is also about Douglas Forrester (Henry Joseph Samiri) since he wants to see Hope and Thomas working as a team again.
Even so, it’s wrong for Liam to essentially ask Hope to give up Hope for the Future.
If Liam wants to complain about the plan to save it, he needs to at least offer Hope another choice.
