The Bold and the Beautiful (B&B) spoilers reveal that Brooke Logan (Katherine Kelly Lang) recently caught Ridge Forrester (Thorsten Kaye) off guard. In the aftermath of a confrontation with Deacon Sharpe (Sean Kanan) and Sheila Carter (Kimberlin Brown), it seemed like Brooke was actually cutting Deacon a little slack and trying to understand his perspective.
That doesn’t mean Brooke approves of Deacon’s romance at all, but it does suggest that she still has a soft spot for her former flame.
B&B fans know Brooke will always care about Hope Logan’s (Annika Noelle) dad, especially since she’s seen all the progress Deacon’s made in his relationship with their daughter.
As a result, Brooke may become increasingly invested in saving Deacon from a future with Sheila.
Since Deacon could lose his bond with Hope, Brooke should step up her efforts to convince him to put Sheila in the rearview mirror.
Brooke might speak to Deacon alone the next time around and push for answers about why Sheila has captured his heart. Deacon could easily confess that he was tired of feeling lonely and rejected.
Brooke turned Deacon down on more than one occasion, so he might admit he was starting to wonder if love was even in the cards for him.
Maybe Deacon grew to love the way Sheila needed him. Since Deacon likes making a difference in Sheila’s life, that may be a big part of the appeal here.
Brooke might assure Deacon that there’s some other lovely lady out there who’d be lucky to have him – someone who isn’t dangerous and would be accepted by Hope.
Perhaps Brooke could even acknowledge that in another life where Ridge wasn’t part of the picture, she might’ve said yes to a life with Deacon.
What if Brooke and Deacon get swept up in a warm moment together?
There could be a situation where Deacon and Brooke’s old feelings come rushing back, so they might steal a forbidden kiss despite knowing they shouldn’t.
Can you imagine if Sheila came around the corner to witness Brooke and Deacon’s smooch at Il Giardino? Ridge could witness that kiss too or at least get updates on it before the wedding.
If Brooke found herself with her lips all over Deacon again, it could ruin two engagements! Sheila might call the whole thing off and go off the rails for the umpteenth time.
Likewise, Ridge might have serious doubts about whether to remarry Brooke under the circumstances.
Of course, it’s possible Ridge could actually approve of Brooke’s move and send her to do it!
In that case, maybe some manipulation could be going on if Brooke kisses Deacon on purpose to blow up his relationship with Sheila.
Either way, a lip lock between Deacon and Brooke would inevitably cause chaos, so could they do some sizzling down the road?
