The Bold and the Beautiful (B&B) spoilers reveal that Taylor Hayes (Krista Allen) just got Deacon Sharpe’s (Sean Kanan) hopes up for no reason. B&B fans know Taylor tried to play Cupid by giving Deacon a shove back in Brooke Logan’s (Katherine Kelly Lang) direction, but any effort he might make will end in failure.
When Deacon seemed doubtful that Brooke would take him back, Taylor tried to act like his self-esteem issues were the problem.
Of course, Deacon has already made attempts to reunite with Brooke, so she knows he’s interested.
Brooke could have Deacon back with a snap of her fingers if she truly wanted a future with him.
That’s why it’s pointless for Taylor to make Deacon think there’s hope for him to live happily ever after with Brooke.
Deacon has crashed and burned with previous reunion attempts, so there’s no reason to think things will be any different now.
Brooke’s heart will always belong to Ridge Forrester (Thorsten Kaye) – and she’ll prove that when she renews her relationship with him in Italy.
That news could be a real letdown for Deacon now that Taylor’s got him thinking he has his own shot at a renewed Brooke romance.
Deacon has already been lonely without Sheila Carter (Kimberlin Brown), so he could use some comfort.
That may be especially true once Deacon finds out about Ridge and Brooke’s sizzling Rome reunion.
Taylor may need some comfort as well since she’ll be losing Ridge all over again.
Brooke will go against their pact and stop putting friendship first, so Taylor may commiserate with Deacon in the aftermath.
That’s the kind of thing that could lead to Deacon and Taylor landing in bed together.
Taylor’s recent scenes with Deacon may have been laying the groundwork for that since she showered him with so many compliments.
Deacon has improved himself over the years, so Taylor considers him a real catch at this point. Could this be the start of a new love story?
Time will tell, but it wouldn’t be a bad idea to pair Taylor and Deacon up now that Brooke and Ridge are about to reunite.
Maybe the four of them could even go on an awkward double date down the road!
