The Bold and the Beautiful (B&B) spoilers tease that John “Finn” Finnegan (Tanner Novlan) may consider drastic action to keep Steffy Forrester (Jacqueline MacInnes Wood) safe. Now that Sheila Carter (Kimberlin Brown) is a free woman, she’s a wildcard that Finn can’t control.
That’s especially true since Sheila has partnered up with Bill Spencer (Don Diamont), who has some serious leverage.
Finn couldn’t bear to think of Steffy having to watch Taylor Hayes (Krista Allen) hauled off to prison.
That’s why Finn was willing to back off when it came to testifying against Sheila and pressing charges.
Of course, there’s part of Finn that feels guilty for unleashing Sheila on Steffy and those closest to her.
If Finn hadn’t found love with Steffy, Sheila might never have gotten tangled up with the Forresters again.
That’s something that could really weigh on Finn’s heart as this B&B storyline moves forward, particularly once Sheila does what she does best and stirs up more trouble.
Steffy insisted that Sheila wouldn’t be part of her future, but that’s just not realistic.
Sheila is one determined individual who’ll always be in the picture as long as Steffy’s married to Finn.
Although Finn previously promised that nothing would tear apart their family, he may have to rethink that promise down the road.
In fact, Finn may have to rethink his marriage vows as well once reality sets in.
Sheila can easily make more demands through Bill since he still holds the key to Taylor’s freedom.
Bill could turn Taylor in for shooting him anytime, so Sheila can hang over Finn and Steffy like a dark cloud indefinitely.
This could take a toll on Finn and Steffy’s relationship – or at least take a toll on how Finn views their relationship.
Will Finn ultimately decide he’s brought nothing but pain to Steffy through his twisted bio mom?
Finn might feel like the best thing he could do is divorce Steffy and convince Sheila to leave her alone.
Perhaps Finn could strike a deal for bonding time with him if Sheila will just stay away from Steffy, Hayes Finnegan (Iliana and Vienna Norris) and Kelly Spencer (Sophia Paras McKinlay).
Finn might assure Sheila that they can have a relationship, even if he has to plaster on a fake smile and pretend she’s Mommy dearest.
There’s nothing that matters more to Finn than protecting his family, but that could involve making some sacrifices.
Finn could drop a divorce bomb on Steffy eventually and argue that cutting her out of his life is the only way to neutralize Sheila.
Even if Steffy fought back and convinced Finn to stay married after all, it’d still give the two of them some good drama to work through.
Finn will have to make some strategy updates as this Sheila war heats up, so some conflict and chaos are ahead.
