The Bold and the Beautiful (B&B) spoilers reveal that Taylor Hayes (Krista Allen) brought up some interesting points in the November 8 episode, so let’s talk about her take on Hope Logan’s (Annika Noelle) involvement with Thomas Forrester (Matthew Atkinson).
As far as Taylor’s concerned, Hope is just going through a rebellious phase and is using Thomas to inflate her ego.
Taylor expressed her fears about all that to Brooke Logan (Katherine Kelly Lang) and mentioned that Hope’s divorce papers still haven’t been filed.
That makes Thomas a rebound in Taylor’s opinion, so we have to wonder if that’s true.
Hope and Liam were quick to sign those divorce papers, but it seems they held off on filing them because of Beth Spencer (Jordyn Lynn Ariza) and the public backlash.
Once the divorce process moves forward, it’ll be harder to avoid this turning into a big news spectacle – especially considering Hope is such a rising star in the fashion world.
B&B fans know Hope for the Future is a big deal these days, so making the divorce official could bring distracting headlines and take away from the vision they’re trying to sell to the public.
In other words, Hope’s career could be affected by the divorce drama as well, so that’s no doubt still a factor in all of this.
That said, Hope and Liam can’t avoid the inevitable forever – that is if they truly want to move on with their lives.
Liam is pursuing Steffy Forrester (Jacqueline MacInnes Wood) and has even talked about the idea remarrying Steffy one day, but he can’t do that if he’s still married to Hope.
Likewise, Hope can’t stay in this little commit-free Thomas bubble indefinitely.
Thomas is fine with living in sizzling limbo for now, but Hope will have to make a decision about whether they have a future at some point.
It’s possible there’ll come a day when either Hope or Liam will finally file those divorce papers. Maybe Hope could do it if she eventually decides to go all in on Thomas.
However, we have to consider the possibility that there’s a deeper reason for this lengthy divorce delay.
Are Hope and Liam subconsciously trying to keep their marriage alive? Could this be the show’s way of leaving the door open for a Liam and Hope romantic reunion?
