The Bold and the Beautiful (B&B) spoilers reveal that Steffy Forrester (Jacqueline MacInnes Wood) really let Liam Spencer (Scott Clifton) have it after he kissed her for a second time. Steffy made it crystal clear that she was happily married to John “Finn” Finnegan (Tanner Novlan) and that she wouldn’t risk her life with him for anything.
Since Liam stole a lip lock in Rome and then another one at the cliff house, Steffy felt the need to set the record straight.
However, that doesn’t mean B&B’s just going to drop this whole Steffy and Liam angle.
Just look at how many times Hope Spencer (Annika Noelle) said she was in control and acted like she’d never cross the line with Thomas Forrester (Matthew Atkinson).
Hope always shut down the idea that anything inappropriate would ever happen, but it certainly did.
Similarly, Steffy is now insisting that nothing can ever happen with Liam again, but that doesn’t mean it won’t!
It all depends on what the writers have in mind for Steffy’s next chapter.
There was one hint that might’ve been significant in the July 3 episode, so let’s talk about it for a moment.
Steffy told Liam that they’d always be close and that they were Kelly Spencer’s (Sophia Paras McKinlay) parents, but that was all.
Since we know Kelly seems to have some material coming up that’s significant to the story, she could play a role in bringing Liam and Steffy together.
What starts off as two parents being concerned for their child could turn into something more depending on how all this goes down.
If Kelly faces a health crisis or gets injured somehow, it could give Steffy and Liam quite a scare.
It’d bring an opportunity for these exes to bond and could perhaps reignite deeper feelings between them – even on Steffy’s side.
Finn might be able to help Kelly as a doctor, but he could still find himself feeling like he’s on the outside looking in.
Liam and Steffy could reconnect over Kelly’s ordeal, which could leave Finn concerned about them growing closer – especially if he finds out about those stolen kisses!
