The Bold and the Beautiful (B&B) spoilers for Monday, January 9, tease that Sheila Carter (Kimberlin Brown) will meet with an attorney played by Rodney Van Johnson. Of course, Bill Spencer (Don Diamont) told Sheila that he’d taken care of everything, so he probably had a hand in selecting her lawyer.
Considering who the judge presiding over this case is, it’s safe to say Bill had a hand in that, too.
Joe Lando will reprise his role as Judge Craig McMullen, so it’s important to note that this is the same judge who was involved in Bill and Katie Logan’s (Heather Tom) 2018 custody battle.
Judge McMullen was shady back then since he allowed Ridge Forrester (Thorsten Kaye) to influence the outcome of the case in Katie’s favor.
Bill found out and recorded evidence to use against the judge, so he may be blackmailing Judge McMullen to swing things in Sheila’s favor now.
Of course, Deputy Chief Bradley Baker (Dan Martin) already visited Steffy Forrester (Jacqueline MacInnes Wood) and John “Finn” Finnegan (Tanner Novlan) to remind them how crucial their testimony would be at Sheila’s upcoming hearing.
However, it’s easy to see that Steffy won’t be able to put Taylor Hayes’ (Krista Allen) freedom on the line.
Based on Steffy’s emotional moment with Taylor and how terrified she is for her mom’s future, there’s just no way Steffy can risk testifying – and Finn will undoubtedly side with her.
B&B spoilers say Steffy will count on the judge to see how dangerous Sheila is, even without her testimony.
It’ll be the same situation for Finn since he won’t be able to testify against Sheila either as part of their deal with Bill.
Unfortunately, Steffy won’t count on Sheila’s judge being shady and giving Bill the ruling he wants.
It looks like Judge McMullen will prove quite useful to Bill and Sheila, so Steffy and Finn have some bad news ahead.
For now, Sheila will go prepare with her attorney and go before Judge McMullen as B&B sets up some shocking moments.
The Bold and the Beautiful spoilers say some positive updates are brewing for Sheila, so she’ll hold out hope that everything will go according to Bill’s plan.
