The Bold and the Beautiful (B&B) spoilers recap for Thursday, July 13, reveals that Hope Logan (Annika Noelle) woke up in Thomas Forrester’s (Matthew Atkinson) bed and realized she’d fallen asleep in his arms.
Hope thought she should go, but she wound up kissing Thomas again and said she’d never felt this way before. After Hope said it was exhilarating, she once again told Thomas that she wanted him.
Hope acknowledged that she’d never thought she’d do something like this – be with another man while she was technically married. However, Hope reiterated that she wasn’t ashamed.
Although Hope hated what this was doing to Liam Spencer (Scott Clifton) and what this was going to do to her family, being with Thomas was better than she could’ve imagined. Thomas felt the same way and was happy this unexpected development happened between them.
Hope admitted she fought this really hard, but she just couldn’t resist Thomas any longer. As Hope thought back to some of the cruel things she said to Brooke Logan (Katherine Kelly Lang), she felt she’d pushed back so hard because she was in denial about her feelings for Thomas.
After Thomas joked about Hope falling for the bad boy, she corrected him since he was a former bad boy now – one who was thoughtful and kind.
Despite the world falling apart, Hope felt at peace there with Thomas and ended up getting passionate with him again.
At the cliff house, John “Finn” Finnegan (Tanner Novlan) planned to spend the evening doting on Steffy Forrester (Jacqueline MacInnes Wood).
After Finn and Steffy admired some of the drawings Kelly Spencer (Sophia Paras McKinlay) did earlier, they talked about appreciating every single moment they had together.
Steffy thought back to almost losing Finn and how hard it was thinking she’d have to raise the kids without him. Finn promised Steffy that he wasn’t going anywhere and urged her to put those worries out of her mind.
Instead, Finn pushed Steffy to focus on their magical reunion in Monaco and forget all the other painful memories.
Once talk turned to Liam and Hope’s fractured marriage, it really made Steffy grateful for what she had with Finn. When it came to news of Hope’s betrayal, Finn argued that Liam needed to get over it and put his family first.
Steffy couldn’t understand how Hope could give into her feelings for Thomas after previously denying she had any. As Steffy reflected on Hope’s mistakes, she said Hope really was a Logan after all!
At Forrester Creations, Carter Walton (Lawrence Saint-Victor) and Brooke Logan (Katherine Kelly Lang) admired Ridge Forrester’s (Thorsten Kaye) new design. It was obvious that Brooke was the inspiration, so she said she might have to model this one herself.
Carter took credit for pushing Brooke and Ridge back together by convincing Ridge to look through that keyhole in Rome.
After Carter left on Thursday’s B&B episode, Ridge talked to Brooke about Thomas being a changed man and hoped she believed that. Brooke still had questions about what went down in Rome, but she knew Hope initiated the kiss.
Since Thomas kept his word about being professional around Hope, she decided to stop by his place later and acknowledge that.
As for Hope’s marriage to Liam, Brooke insisted her daughter had to find some way to fix this and be with the man she loved.
Once Brooke was gone, Carter reconvened with Ridge and discussed Thomas with him. Ridge noted that Thomas was past his Hope obsession and added that Brooke was on her way to talk to Thomas about it.
Since it was just a simple kiss, Ridge felt that Brooke had nothing to worry about when it came to Hope and Thomas.
When Brooke showed up at Thomas’ place, she knocked and didn’t get an answer. The door was open, so Brooke let herself in and found Hope’s keys along with her badge from Forrester Creations.
Brooke finally saw Hope’s ring on the table and ran upstairs right as Hope was making love to Thomas for the umpteenth time.
Once Brooke barged in the bedroom, she demanded to know what Hope was doing. Both Hope and Thomas looked shocked over Brooke’s sudden appearance as they remained under the covers together.
