The Bold and the Beautiful (B&B) spoilers tease that Sheila Carter (Kimberlin Brown) may find herself in another fight for her freedom. Bill Spencer (Don Diamont) and Ridge Forrester (Thorsten Kaye) are determined to make sure Sheila gets locked up for life, but can they actually pull it off?
Every time it looks like Sheila is actually going to pay for her crimes, she usually finds a way out of trouble.
It’s possible B&B will really let Sheila go down this time around, but it’s equally possible she’ll find yet another strategy to avoid punishment.
That brings us to the technical glitch with the FBI’s equipment recently.
The lights flickered and distracted Sheila, so Bill was frustrated since it stopped her from potentially opening up about her past and giving him a murder confession.
Could another technical glitch happen at the worst possible time? What if something goes wrong and it leaves the FBI without Sheila’s admission of guilt?
Bill’s hoping that this marriage proposal will lead to Sheila spilling all her secrets – including ones that could help put her away for murder.
If Bill’s right and Sheila does confess something incriminating, he may think he’s got her right where he wants her.
However, the glitchy equipment could be a problem.
What if the previous glitch was a sign of things to come – meaning the FBI misses out and loses their chance at Sheila’s recorded confession?
Bill and Ridge really should’ve just let Sheila go down for the multiple attempted murder charges she was facing.
If this setup doesn’t pan out, it could result in a legal mess that Sheila’s lawyer could use to her advantage.
Even if Sheila goes off the rails and threatens Bill with violence, there may not be proof if the FBI’s faulty equipment gets in the way.
Bottom line, Sheila could get out of this jam if that’s what the writers really want.
It’s not like the show’s been very concerned about logic lately anyway, so Sheila could gain the upper hand despite this elaborate plan against her.
