The Bold and the Beautiful (B&B) spoilers tease that Steffy Forrester (Jacqueline MacInnes Wood) will do everything she can to give Douglas Forrester (Henry Joseph Samiri) a stable and loving home. Douglas already had one at the cabin, but now he’d rather live with Steffy to avoid causing more drama with his parents.
Although Thomas Forrester (Matthew Atkinson) and Hope Spencer (Annika Noelle) certainly aren’t thrilled about this arrangement, they’ll end up dealing with it for a while anyway.
Hope and Thomas will have to watch as Douglas most likely thrives under Steffy’s care.
Douglas seems to have a blast whenever he’s with Steffy, John “Finn” Finnegan (Tanner Novlan), Kelly Spencer (Sophia Paras McKinlay) and Hayes Finnegan (Iliana and Vienna Norris).
Once Douglas makes the cliff house his full-time home, that trend should continue.
However, we have to consider where B&B writers might be going with this storyline.
Could there eventually be a shocker that throws off Steffy’s plans to be Douglas’ custodian?
Plenty of “Sinn” fans are rooting for the pair to have another baby at some point.
A surprise pregnancy might be a game-changer when it comes to this whole custody situation.
Finn and Steffy already have their hands full with Kelly and Hayes, but now they’ll be adding Douglas to the mix on a full-time basis.
It could become quite daunting if Steffy finds herself with a new bun in the oven.
That might leave Steffy wondering how they’re going to handle having all these kids at the cliff house.
It could also force Steffy and Finn to consider their careers and all the schedule juggling they’ll have to do.
Of course, Finn and Steffy could always add more nannies as well as move in a bigger place, but a baby bomb could still lead to them reevaluating their Douglas commitment – perhaps sooner than expected.
Since Douglas is a perceptive kid, he might even sense that it’s time to return to one of his actual parents at that point.
Bottom line, Steffy’s surprise pregnancy could turn this whole situation upside down, so stay tuned for updates on any “Sinn” baby news that might be looming.
