The Bold and the Beautiful (B&B) spoilers for Thursday, August 17, reveal that it’ll be party time at the Forrester mansion. An exciting mermaid-themed celebration will get underway, so that’ll bring some fun for the kids and awkwardness for some of the adults.
It looks like B&B’s changing Beth Spencer’s (Jordyn Lynn Ariza) birthday from January to August, so that’ll force Liam Spencer (Scott Clifton) and Hope Spencer (Annika Noelle) to interact for their daughter’s sake.
Of course, there’ll be plenty of other guests as well, including Kelly Spencer (Sophia Paras McKinlay), RJ Forrester (Joshua Hoffman), Deacon Sharpe (Sean Kanan) and the Logan sisters.
Donna Logan (Jennifer Gareis) will suggest an activity that excites Kelly and Beth, so look for these little mermaids to have a blast at the bash.
Hope and Liam should be pleased to see that the girls are having a good time, especially since their split has no doubt confused Beth and upset her routine.
At some point, Liam and Hope will need to have a conversation about how they’re going to explain their divorce to the kids assuming that they haven’t delivered that news yet.

Brooke Logan (Katherine Kelly Lang) and Katie Logan (Heather Tom) will also make appearances at the party, so they’ll have a chance to weigh in on the end of Hope’s marriage and the relationship turmoil that Steffy Forrester’s (Jacqueline MacInnes Wood) going through, too.
While the celebration’s happening at the Forrester mansion, Ridge Forrester (Thorsten Kaye) will join Eric Forrester (John McCook) at Forrester Creations to work on a project.
That’ll bring an interesting father-son collaboration, so this design duo will create some magic together.
Brooke wants to figure out her own bridal gown, but Ridge may still have something special in mind for the nuptials that he needs Eric’s help on.
There could be another wedding-related surprise that Ridge wants to pull off.
No matter what Ridge suggests, Eric will want to pitch in. When it comes to Ridge and Brooke’s relationship, Eric is always going to be their biggest supporter!
