The Bold and the Beautiful (B&B) spoilers update for Friday, August 11, reveals that RJ Forrester (Joshua Hoffman) will worry about Hope Logan (Annika Noelle) and how she’s really been doing since the whole Italy fiasco.
When RJ checks in with his sister, Hope will open up about signing the divorce papers and the sense of relief she feels now.
Although accepting the end of her marriage was difficult, Hope believes it’s for the best due to Liam Spencer’s (Scott Clifton) love for Steffy Forrester (Jacqueline MacInnes Wood).
B&B spoilers say Hope will talk about how that Steffy-fueled love never truly went away and will point to that as the real reason her relationship with Liam was a failure.
RJ won’t think Hope should give up on working things out with Liam someday, but Hope’s attention will be on Hope for the Future and her desire to take it to the next level.
As for Hope’s romance with Thomas Forrester (Matthew Atkinson), she intends to take that one step at a time and will assure RJ that she’s in a good place despite all the divorce drama.
At Spencer Publications, Liam will get honest about his feelings for Steffy as his conversation with Ridge Forrester (Thorsten Kaye) goes deeper.
After Liam shares how he plans to protect Steffy and why, he’ll confess that letting her go was a mistake – one that he’d rectify if he had the opportunity.
At the Forrester mansion, John “Finn” Finnegan (Tanner Novlan) will vow to make Steffy, Hayes Forrester Finnegan (Alexander and Chase Banks) and Kelly Spencer (Sophia Paras McKinlay) his priority moving forward.
Although Finn lost his way for a moment, he’ll assure Steffy that he’s seen the light regarding Sheila Carter (Kimberlin Brown) and won’t let anything happen with his birth mother ever again.
However, Steffy will still have concerns since Finn never meant to get that close to Sheila in the first place.
It’s obvious that Finn’s susceptible to getting swept up in the moment with Sheila since it’s happened before.
That’s why Steffy will remain on guard after Finn updates her on his beliefs and promises.
Although Steffy loves Finn, she’ll still feel unsafe thanks to his actions lately.
Of course, Finn will feel like Liam is trying to turn Steffy against him, so he’ll continue to stand against her ex-husband and work hard to get their life together back on solid ground.
