The Bold and the Beautiful (B&B) spoilers update for Friday, May 5, teases that Brooke Logan (Katherine Kelly Lang) will take a look at the sketch RJ Forrester (Joshua Hoffman) drew of Ridge Forrester (Thorsten Kaye) and struggle to contain her laughter.
Ridge will admit it was RJ’s clever response when he asked their son to draw something that inspired him.
Brooke will poke fun at Ridge over this sketch and how RJ captured his likeness, so Taylor Hayes (Krista Allen) might walk in on them chuckling together.
B&B spoilers say Ridge and Brooke will indeed be joined by Taylor, who’ll note that the Logans and the Forresters are really starting to get along.
Brooke and Taylor may take some credit for that due to their pact, but they’ll also feel like RJ’s return news is helping them celebrate their blended fam.
Ridge will appreciate having both Taylor and Brooke in his life right now – even if it’s just in a platonic way.
Brooke and Taylor’s friendship has forced Ridge to accept a new set of circumstances when it comes to his exes.
Of course, it’s probably just a matter of time until Brooke and Ridge cross back over into romantic territory, but they’ll keep fighting temptation until then.
Since Brooke has been so willing to give Thomas Forrester (Matthew Atkinson) another chance, Taylor and Ridge will also take a moment to thank her for that on Friday’s episode.
However, Steffy Forrester (Jacqueline MacInnes Wood) will witness something that sets off major alarm bells when she catches Thomas and Hope Spencer (Annika Noelle) seemingly holding hands in the design office.
Hope will have a speedy response that makes Steffy even more concerned over what she’s seen, so maybe Hope will snatch her hand away from Thomas and look rather guilty.
Steffy will see the potential for disaster after this hand-holding incident, so she’ll want to have a critical discussion with Hope about her growing connection with Thomas soon.
