The Bold and the Beautiful (B&B) spoilers update for Monday, May 29, teases that Taylor Hayes (Krista Allen) will kick things up a notch when it comes to her matchmaking efforts. Since Deacon Sharpe (Sean Kanan) hasn’t taken the bait yet, Taylor will make a second pitch for his reunion with Brooke Logan (Katherine Kelly Lang).
However, Deacon has been down this road before with Brooke. It usually just ends with Deacon’s wounded pride and another rejection, so he’ll want to think long and hard before he makes a play for Brooke’s heart again.
Even so, Taylor will act like Deacon could get his happy ending with Brooke this time around.
Since Taylor will be so pushy about this, Deacon will suspect she’s manipulating him and secretly wants her own Ridge Forrester (Thorsten Kaye) reunion.
Taylor will make it seem like this is about Deacon and Brooke’s bliss, but he’ll have a hunch that he’s just a pawn in Taylor’s game!
B&B spoilers say Taylor’s true motives will become clear once she confesses her lingering feelings for Ridge – and that confession’s coming up during the week of May 29-June 2.
Until then, Hope Spencer (Annika Noelle) will put Steffy Forrester (Jacqueline MacInnes Wood) on full blast for telling Liam what happened with Thomas Forrester (Matthew Atkinson) at work.
Steffy is convinced that Hope was flirting with Thomas, so she told Liam about all the handholding and the intense eye contact on Hope’s end.
Liam demanded answers from Hope at the cabin that night, so she deceived him about the forbidden feelings she most definitely has.
Of course, Hope will remain in denial mode with Steffy as well.
It’s not like anyone can climb inside Hope’s head and heart for proof, so she’ll continue to act like Steffy’s got this all wrong.
Steffy, on the other hand, will think she got it exactly right and will once again warn Hope to maintain boundaries with Thomas.
After Hope’s anger explodes, Steffy will shut down her outburst and stand her ground when it comes to defending Thomas.
If that means telling Liam and having him keep a closer eye on Hope, then so be it.
The Bold and the Beautiful spoilers say Ridge and Taylor will get updates on this whole situation within the next couple episodes, so keep watching for news on Hope and Liam’s crumbling marriage.
