The Young and the Restless (Y&R) preview video for the week of October 23-27 reveals that Nick Newman (Joshua Morrow) will fume over a stunning discovery. After Nick finds out Victor Newman (Eric Braeden) is faking his mental decline, he’ll confess the truth to Sharon Rosales (Sharon Case).
Nick will confirm that his dad is as cunning and sharp as ever, so it’ll slowly dawn on Sharon that Victor must be playing an elaborate trick.
Y&R spoilers say Nick will confirm that’s true and will look furious over Victor duping his own family over something so serious.
Once Christine Blair Williams (Lauralee Bell) returns from Lisbon, she’ll catch up with Danny Romalotti (Michael Damian) on the Crimson Lights patio.
Danny will ask how Paul Williams (Doug Davidson) is doing and seek updates on how Christine’s trip went, so she’ll suddenly get emotional.
Christine will admit the trip was “not good,” so she’ll cry over the end of her marriage and leaving Paul behind in Portugal.
Although Paul and Christine truly tried to make it work, Christine will confirm that the divorce is happening.
That’ll give Danny an opportunity to comfort Christine and grow closer to her since he’d clearly like a romantic reunion.
Next, Diane Jenkins-Abbott (Susan Walters) will get a shock at the Abbott mansion, where she’ll walk in the living room and find Ashley Abbott (Eileen Davidson) checking her phone.
Ashley will casually greet Diane, who’ll look thrown for a loop over Jack Abbott’s (Peter Bergman) sister suddenly coming home from Paris.
Diane may ask how Ashley’s holding up after her split from Tucker McCall (Trevor St. John), but Ashley may doubt that she genuinely cares!
That said, it’s nice that Ashley has mellowed when it comes to being in Diane’s presence.
There was a time when the sight of Diane alone would send Ashley flying into a rage, but she’ll seem perfectly nonchalant when they cross paths this time around.
Diane may grow curious about what Ashley will do now that she’s back in town, so Ashley might hint about having a few tricks up her sleeve when it comes to Tucker.
Whatever the case, there’s no way Ashley will stand by and watch Tucker go after Jabot, so he’d better be prepared for anything.
The Young and the Restless spoilers say the Abbotts will have some backup thanks to Ashley’s return, so stay tuned to watch the news spread.
