The Young and the Restless (Y&R) spoilers for Friday, January 6, tease that Sally Spectra (Courtney Hope) will have to hide her trail. Nick Newman (Joshua Morrow) could get dangerously close to discovering the pregnancy secret and leave Sally scrambling.
There’s a chance Nick might spot the discarded pregnancy test in Sally’s wastebasket. That would certainly be a good way to raise Nick’s suspicions and force him to ask some difficult questions.
Nick might even find the first trimester info from Sally’s doctor and wonder if she’s got something to tell him.
It’s easy to imagine Sally acting like Chloe Mitchell (Elizabeth Hendrickson) is the pregnant one if she wants to buy herself a little more time to process the news.
Then again, Nick may not make any major discoveries yet.
It could just be a simple case of Sally telling more lies about the stomach bug she had and covering up the truth a bit longer.
Regardless, Y&R spoilers say Sally will spin a story and hope it’s enough to keep Nick from learning she’s got a bun in the oven – at least for now.
Over with Sharon Rosales (Sharon Case), she’ll be falling for Chance Chancellor (Conner Floyd) whether she realizes it or not.
The more time Sharon spends connecting with Chance, the closer she’ll feel to him.
While Chance and Sharon inch toward romantic territory, Billy Abbott (Jason Thompson) will have to make a tough call.
That could involve bailing on couples counseling to help Chelsea Lawson (Melissa Claire Egan) at the last second.
On the other hand, Billy might attend the appointment and fight with Lily Winters (Christel Khalil) during their therapy session.
This could lead to Billy deciding he’s not capable of giving Lily what she needs in this relationship.
No matter how this plays out, Billy will face a huge choice that could affect his future profoundly.
Lily and Billy may have to make some updates to their plan to give this romance one last shot!
