The Young and the Restless (Y&R) spoilers for Monday, March 13, tease that Tucker McCall (Trevor St. John) will deliver a curveball when he crosses paths with Adam Newman (Mark Grossman). This will be one of those situations where it’s better to keep your mouth shut until something is a done deal!
At Society’s bar, Adam will decide to do a little gloating and will hint about hopefully becoming the CEO of McCall Unlimited once it’s sold.
Although Adam will talk about his plan to run Tucker’s empire, Tucker will have other ideas.
In fact, Tucker will argue that’ll only happen over his dead body!
Since Tucker will refuse to let McCall Unlimited fall into Adam’s hands, that’s going to create some problems.
Of course, Y&R fans know Tucker would much rather see Devon Hamilton (Bryton James) take over the company, but Newman Enterprises could still make the purchase in the end.
However, Tucker could easily come up with some stipulation and perhaps work it into the contract that Adam will NOT land on the throne.
Adam could regret blabbing his big news if Tucker does something to ban him from a CEO takeover.
Whatever the case, Tucker will make it crystal clear to Adam that he has no intention of allowing him to be in charge.
Despite Tucker’s willingness to sell McCall Unlimited, he’s still protective of it and will want things done his way.
Tucker’s attitude toward Adam could potentially work out well for Victoria Newman (Amelia Heinle) – at least if Tucker’s Devon deal falls through.
Victoria certainly doesn’t want Adam to gain control of McCall Unlimited as a separate entity, so she might get a chance to dismantle it and fold it into Newman after all.
Regardless, both Victoria and Adam can be awfully stubborn, so their war over the future of McCall Unlimited may not be over anytime soon.
As for Victoria’s relationship with Nate Hastings (Sean Dominic), she’ll realize he wants to set some limits and keep things more professional.
Nate will try to enforce boundaries, but temptation could become a bigger issue for both of them.
Victoria is someone who plays by her own rules, so she may continue to be a handful.
Elena Dawson (Brytni Sarpy) will eventually have questions for Nate due to Audra Charles’ (Zuleyka Silver) pot-stirring, so more trouble’s just around the corner.
