The Young and the Restless (Y&R) spoilers update for Monday, February 13, teases that Victor Newman (Eric Braeden) and Victoria Newman (Amelia Heinle) will strategize about taking over Tucker McCall’s (Trevor St. John) company.
That’ll lead to Victor admitting he’s working so hard to get it because he wants to put Adam Newman (Mark Grossman) in charge.
Victoria will ask if McCall Unlimited will be a private entity or part of the Newman umbrella, so she’ll basically wonder if she’s still going to be Adam’s boss.
Hearing about Victor’s plans will leave Victoria irritated over all the Adam coddling – and she’ll battle concerns since he’s just as much of a wildcard as Tucker.
Nevertheless, Victor will think it’s all going to work out and will urge Victoria not to worry.
Next on Monday’s Y&R episode, Audra Charles (Zuleyka Silver) will face Tucker’s suspicions at Society.
After Tucker suggests Audra may have info-gathering motives on behalf of Newman, she’ll admit Victor and Victoria are planning to buy up all his debt for leverage.
Audra will try to uncover what Tucker’s going to do about it, but he’ll act like he’s not sure yet.
Although Tucker will suspect Audra’s playing both sides, he’ll seem enticed by this dangerous side of Audra and will think it’s rather exhilarating.
At Newman Media, Nate Hastings (Sean Dominic) will lash out when Audra reveals she told Tucker the truth.
Audra wasn’t supposed to reveal the plan to buy up Tucker’s debt, but she’ll act like she improvised and made him see that Newman Enterprises has the advantage.
Although Nate will remain wary, Audra will think it’s clever to make Tucker think she’s playing both sides – though she’ll assure Nate that her loyalty still lies with him.
Back with Tucker, he’ll make a phone call and investigate the threat. Tucker will work to find out how much the Newmans have learned about his debt and try to avoid changes with his loans.
At Jabot, Summer Newman-Abbott (Allison Lanier) will blow up at Kyle Abbott (Michael Mealor) for lying to her about being in cahoots with Victor.
The more Kyle tries to justify his actions, the angrier Summer will become.
Kyle and Summer will compare each other to their moms, so that won’t go over well with either of them.
Although Kyle will apologize and hope they can just go home, Summer will need some alone time to work through her rage following this betrayal.
When Ashley Abbott (Eileen Davidson) returns to the Abbott house, Diane Jenkins (Susan Walters) will pop up and acknowledge that Ash will be seeing a lot more of her.
Jack Abbott (Peter Bergman) will confirm that’s true since he’s now dating Diane.
Ashley will rant about Jack sleeping with the scam artist and will snap that she’s embarrassed for him.
Jack will try to shut the conversation down and push Ashley to live somewhere else, but she’ll insist that she’s part owner of the house.
That’ll lead to Jack trying to buy Ashley out, but she’ll make it clear that’s never going to happen and stomp off.
Once Ashley lands at Tucker’s suite later, he’ll be taken aback over her arrival.
Diane will fret over Jack’s sibling bond with Ashley, but Jack will act like they’ve been through worse.
After Jack suggests they just need time, he’ll offer updates on his disappointment in Kyle over his Victor alliance.
However, Jack will eventually focus on what he feels for Diane, so he’ll admit he loves her.
Diane will confess her love as well – and soon after, Jack will surprise her with a set of keys for the house.
Jack won’t see why they should put off the inevitable and won’t want to spend another night apart.
Once Jack insists this is Diane’s home too, she’ll be thrilled over the news.
