The Young and the Restless (Y&R) spoilers update for Tuesday, March 21, tease that Victor Newman (Eric Braeden) will summon Jill Abbott (Jess Walton) to the ranch and deliver some business news. Jill will be annoyed over Victor calling her over for some mysterious proposition, especially considering the timing.
After Jill points out that she’s needed at the arbitration, she’ll urge Victor to go ahead and spill his updates.
That’ll give Victor a chance to question why Jill is fighting with Devon Hamilton (Bryton James) instead of pushing for family peace.
Of course, Jill and Lily Winters (Christel Khalil) have tried to find a more amicable solution, but Devon’s mind is made up.
Since Lily and Jill aren’t budging either, they’re all ready to let a judge decide the fate of the merger and whether Devon can get his company back.
However, Jill won’t think this is any of Victor’s business and will make it clear that she’s in charge of Chancellor-Winters, not him. Victor will press on anyway and hope he can offer Jill an alternative, so she’ll listen to his pitch.
In the end, Jill may have to admit Victor’s offer is tempting. Victor will definitely give Jill a lot to mull over as she prepares to join Lily, Devon and Amanda Sinclair (Mishael Morgan) for the arbitration hearing.
As for Victor, he’ll hope to put Hamilton-Winters back in Devon’s hands since that might be the only way Devon will back off McCall Unlimited.
Victor may consider this offer to be Adam Newman’s (Mark Grossman) last chance at scoring the McCall Unlimited throne, so he’ll hope for the best.
Meanwhile, Devon will have a stressful fight with Amanda and Lily before the arbitration kicks off.
Although Devon will feel stuck in a world of drama, he’ll hope to get through this difficult ordeal and maybe even get his company back.
Nevertheless, Amanda isn’t going to make this easy! You can bet Amanda will give a passionate argument in defense of the merger and prove there’s a reason for her impressive winning streak in the courtroom.
Other Y&R spoilers say Audra Charles (Zuleyka Silver) will corner Elena Dawson (Brytni Sarpy) at the coffeehouse and stir up more trouble.
Audra will use the situation with Nate Hastings (Sean Dominic) and Victoria Newman (Amelia Heinle) to create more doubts for Elena.
Since Audra is also interested in Nate, she may let Elena know in a not-so-subtle way.
Audra doesn’t consider Elena to be legitimate competition, so she’ll prove to be a big problem for Nate’s current relationship.
