Days of Our Lives (DOOL) spoilers reveal that one Peacock soap star has been going through a rough patch. Tamara Braun (Ava Vitali) opened up about dealing with some serious stuff and shared the reason she’s been MIA for the last month.
In a new Instagram post, Braun addressed her social media absence and admitted that she’s been going through a lot.
It’s easy to see why Braun needed to take some time for herself under the circumstances.
“Two father figures left this Earth. I still can’t really talk about or discuss it. My heart breaks too much and I must stay the course,” Braun confessed on April 18.
However, Braun stayed positive and still found a reason to celebrate her birthday recently.
It turns out Braun found an old photo of herself in her father’s home, so she showed off the adorable pic and reflected on the story behind it.
“I remember my grandmother taking me to Sears to get this photo. The crossed legs. The hands. The uneven braids. I look at that little girl with her brighteyes and her smile and I am reminded what a strong little one she was amidst all that was going on around her at that time,” Braun said.
The Days actress also talked about her brothers and sisters since they were “strong little ones” who grew up to be “strong and loving big ones.”
Braun insisted she was grateful for the love in her family and for the healing they were finding.
As Tamara Braun talked about her birthday milestone, she suggested it was a good reminder of what life’s all about and elaborated on that a bit more.
“Today, on this day of my birth, I am reminded that life is for living, for smiling, for crying, for feeling all the feels and for learning and growing. It’s for sharing love and doing our best amidst the chaos. It’s for love. Love,” Braun said.
After Braun wished that little girl a happy birthday, she expressed some birthday wishes to herself in the present as well.
Braun is pleased to still be around and figuring things out, so she wanted to share the love in her heart with others.
“Happy birthday Tam Tam. Another trip around the sun. And thank you ALL for your kindness and the love you consistently share with me. I appreciate you,” Braun said as she wrapped up her post.

It’s nice to know Braun’s getting support and finding some joy despite the tragedies she’s faced lately.
