The Bold and the Beautiful Recap: Wednesday, February 28 – Ridge Says ‘Animal’ Deserved It, Finn’s Fury Erupts

The Bold and the Beautiful (B&B) spoilers recap for Wednesday, February 28, reveals that John “Finn” Finnegan (Tanner Novlan) wondered if Sheila Carter (Kimberlin Brown) got arrested, but Steffy Forrester (Jacqueline MacInnes Wood) ultimately admitted that Sheila was dead.

Finn asked if Steffy was sure and struggled to make sense of how this happened.

When Finn asked if the police shot Sheila, Steffy had to explain how she had no choice but to stab her in self-defense.

Finn got emotional over Steffy’s confession, but Steffy insisted it was Sheila or her. In that moment, Steffy had to react to survive.

Finn looked at the bloody spot where Sheila’s body had been and seemed torn up over all this, but Steffy reiterated that she had to defend herself.

At Forrester Creations, Hope Logan (Annika Noelle) talked to Brooke Logan (Katherine Kelly Lang) in the design office, so they discussed Hope’s catchup session with Finn as well as Steffy’s recent Sheila brawl.

Although Hope had zero sympathy for Sheila, she felt for Finn.

Brooke said it must be hard being the son of a monster before Hope pointed out that Steffy said she wanted Sheila dead.

Hope knew it was difficult for Finn since he wanted to feel like he was on the same team with Steffy, but she was antagonizing Sheila and now that gloves had come off.

Next, Thomas Forrester (Matthew Atkinson) and Ridge Forrester (Thorsten Kaye) were in the main office when Carter Walton (Lawrence Saint-Victor) appeared with news from his contact at the police department.

Carter offered updates on Sheila being killed at Steffy’s place, so Ridge and Thomas rushed right over.

In the meantime, Carter informed Hope and Brooke that Sheila was dead, so they were shocked.

Back at the cliff house, Thomas and Ridge were relieved to see that Steffy was OK and that the kids were safe elsewhere.

Steffy recapped the story of why she stabbed Sheila in self-defense, so Thomas said she had no choice.

Ridge was so glad Steffy was all right since he couldn’t handle the thought of losing her.

Nearby, Finn kept staring at the blood stain – and then he looked at the row of knives on the wall. There was a montage of Sheila’s more loving moments as Finn struggled to process her demise.

Steffy said that the police questioned her and that detectives would be coming over to follow-up on the case.

Although Steffy feared she could be blamed and charged, Ridge offered reassurance about them handling it.

Steffy insisted that she thought Sheila was going to shoot her since she had something in her pocket.

After Steffy said she had to defend herself or she’d be dead right now, Ridge said “that animal” got what she deserved.

“That animal was my mother…Sheila was my mother,” Finn finally declared as Wednesday’s B&B episode wrapped up.

The Bold and the Beautiful spoilers say Finn and Steffy have some marriage issues ahead of them, so stay tuned.
