The Bold and the Beautiful spoilers for the week of January 22 suggest that Sheila Carter (Kimberlin Brown) could target Poppy Nozawa (Romy Park). RJ Forrester (Joshua Hoffman) could have a change of heart about Bill Spencer (Don Diamont). Xander Avant (Adain Bradley) is expected to make another move to avenge Emma Barber’s (Nia Sioux) death. Plus, Eric Forrester (John McCook) faces new challenges after his hospital release.
Eric Forrester’s Challenge
B&B spoilers for the week of January 22 reveal that Eric is getting released from the hospital. While that is great news, Eric still seems rather weak. Eric’s hospital release probably includes some conditions and warnings.
Despite Eric crossing over, the patriarch is anxious to get back to work and live his life.
RJ seemed understandably concerned about Eric’s drive and determination during a hospital visit on Wednesday, January 17, 2024.
So, that suggests Eric will once again push himself too hard. Eric is a stubborn and prideful man, so he probably won’t heed the doctors’ advice.
This could create some conflict between Eric and Donna Logan (Jennifer Gareis), as well as with Ridge Forrester (Thorsten Kaye).
B&B Spoilers: Xander Avant’s Quest
While Eric gets to go home from the hospital, the Forrester family is dealing with another crisis. Xander has returned and is telling John “Finn” Finnegan (Tanner Novlan) that Thomas Forrester (Matthew Atkinson) killed Emma.
Finn and Steffy Forrester Finnegan (Jacqueline MacInnes Wood) have completely different perspectives on Xander’s killer claim.
Finn is so quick to believe a stranger. At the same time, Steffy can’t be completely impartial when it comes to her family.
Xander is likely to make another move. Even though Xander didn’t see Finn with the intention of calling Thomas a killer, he is determined to get justice for Emma.
At some point, Thomas will also need to confront Xander.
Sheila Carter’s New Target
The Bold and the Beautiful spoilers for the week of January 22 hint that Sheila could have a new target.
During Bill Spencer (Don Diamont) and Poppy’s second date, Sheila and Deacon Sharpe (Sean Kanan) will gossip about the new couple. Sheila was burnt by Bill and will probably want some kind of payback.

Sheila might investigate Poppy out of curiosity. Sheila might also overhear Poppy and Li Finnegan (Naomi Matsuda) bickering. Poppy is someone with a lot of secrets and scandals, though.
Plus, with Poppy taking pills and struggling financially, Sheila will likely find a way to use her. So, this could divide Poppy and Li even further!
Over with RJ and Luna’s romance, Zende Forrester Dominguez (Delon de Metz) will likely continue interfering.
RJ seems ready to blow his top, especially with all the stress from Eric’s health crisis and fashion showdown.
Plus, RJ and Bill both take their romantic partners to the same spot. Perhaps RJ and Bill will form some kind of unlikely bond.
