The Bold and the Beautiful (B&B) spoilers reveal that Thomas Forrester (Matthew Atkinson) is ready to find a woman who can fully love him back, so he’s hoping to fly to Paris and perhaps try his romantic luck there.
It was Steffy Forrester’s (Jacqueline MacInnes Wood) suggestion for Thomas to move on, so she’s been pushing the idea that any woman would be lucky to have Thomas – just as long as she’s not Hope Logan (Annika Noelle)!
However, it may be a situation where Steffy trades one problem for another. Perhaps Steffy should be careful what she wishes for!
We know Ivy Forrester (Ashleigh Brewer) is returning to B&B, so what if she’s working at Forrester International in Paris these days?
It’d be easy for Thomas to reconnect with her over there, so could he get together with Ivy?
Back when Pierson Fode was playing the role in 2015, Thomas became rather enamored with Ivy and flirted with her like crazy.
Thomas even bet Steffy that he could steal Ivy away from Wyatt Spencer (Darin Brooks).
At the time, the show highlighted the fact that since Thomas isn’t biologically a Forrester, he’s not related to Ivy – who is Eric Forrester’s (John McCook) niece – by blood.
Of course, most fans still found the notion of a Forrester dating a Forrester rather icky, but is it really any ickier than Thomas dating Hope when she’s been his stepsister so many times?
We’re not saying Thomas and Ivy will necessarily be some lasting romance, but she could at least help him get over Hope.
Ivy indeed had a dalliance with Thomas once upon a time, which involved making out and falling back on a bed together.
Although Ivy didn’t sleep with Thomas, she still crossed a line when she was in a committed relationship with Wyatt.
It’d be easy for Thomas and Ivy to start reminiscing about that time they were into each other. Could it lead to sparks flying between Ivy and Thomas once again?
If so, Thomas’ new woman could spark some controversy if he brings Ivy home and introduces her as his girlfriend.
Hope certainly wouldn’t approve – and Steffy may not approve either since she had so many issues with Ivy in the past.
Ridge Forrester (Thorsten Kaye) might also take issue with Thomas dating his cousin, even without a blood tie between them.
It’s weird, but that’s exactly why it could be the perfect messy storyline to throw Thomas into next.
Our predictions hint that Thomas has some fresh drama headed his way, so it’ll be interesting to see what the future holds.
