The Bold and the Beautiful (B&B) spoilers update for Monday, January 8, reveals that Luna Nozawa (Lisa Yamada) will push Poppy Nozawa (Romy Park) for the details of her date with Bill Spencer (Don Diamont), so Poppy may admit it went well and even included a steamy kiss.
However, Poppy will probably downplay Luna’s dreams of her living happily ever after with Bill and quiz Luna about her own love life instead.
It turns out Luna will receive a mysterious invitation, so she’ll get Poppy’s help dressing up for a romantic dinner.
Of course, Luna will assume RJ Forrester (Joshua Hoffman) is behind this grand gesture, but she’ll be wrong about that!
It’ll actually be Zende Forrester Dominguez (Delon de Metz) who sends this mystery invite, so B&B will set the stage for some growing conflict.
After Zende clashes with RJ over Eric Forrester’s (John McCook) final collection again, he’ll find a way to get back at RJ in his personal life.
Zende won’t think things seem all that serious between RJ and Luna yet, so he’ll extend that anonymous dinner invitation as a sneaky way to grow closer to her.
As far as Zende’s concerned, he’s a better designer AND a better love interest for Luna, so he’ll make this bold move and hope it pays off.
Other B&B spoilers say Thomas Forrester (Matthew Atkinson) will complain to Steffy Forrester (Jacqueline MacInnes Wood) about John “Finn” Finnegan’s (Tanner Novlan) meddling and push his sister to change her perspective.
Finn is worried about Thomas posing a threat to Hope Logan (Annika Noelle), but Steffy’s worried that Hope’s going to break Thomas heart and send him back off the rails.
Nevertheless, Thomas will push Steffy to see that his relationship with Hope could actually be really good for both of them.
Hope’s getting a devoted man who’s never going to waffle like Liam Spencer (Scott Clifton) while Thomas is getting his dream girl.
Nothing could be bad about that from Thomas’ point of view, so he’ll act like it’s a win-win and urge Steffy to get on board.
Thomas will hope Steffy’s willing to make some updates to her attitude.
The Bold and the Beautiful spoilers say Steffy will continue to fret over the potential for alarming news, but she’ll at least listen and hope for the best.
