The Young and the Restless (Y&R) spoilers reveal that it’s been a while since the show had a grand wedding, so fans are eager for predictions on which duo is next in line for some romantic nuptials. Let’s consider which Y&R couple might be ready to tie the knot.
For starters, there’s Abby Newman-Abbott (Melissa Ordway) and Devon Hamilton-Winters (Bryton James).
Devon and Abby have hinted about the possibility of marriage before, so it could be on the horizon for these two.
Abby and Devon have one of the most loving, stable relationships on the show, so maybe Dominic Newman-Abbott-Winters-Chancellor’s (Rainn and River Ware) parents will ultimately wed and solidify their family unit even more.
Of course, Billy Abbott (Jason Thompson) and Chelsea Lawson (Melissa Claire Egan) are another couple that’s doing well these days.
Could Chelsea and Billy have a wedding to plan sooner rather than later?
That may depend on Connor Newman’s (Judah Mackey) issues since he’s obviously Chelsea’s priority right now.
However, it’s easy to imagine Billy popping the question and getting the ball rolling on some wedding plans at some point.
Meanwhile, Adam Newman (Mark Grossman) and Sally Spectra (Courtney Hope) have been proceeding with caution when it comes to their reunion, but they’re growing closer every day and even exchanged love declarations in the March 13 episode.
Sally and Adam deserve to have the wedding of their dreams, so maybe it’ll happen eventually.
It would be nice to see Adam lock in his future with Sally and make her a true member of the Newman family.
As for Summer Newman (Allison Lanier) and Chance Chancellor (Conner Floyd), they’re still in the early stages of their romance.
That said, we can’t ignore the fact that Chance and Summer got engaged in Sharon Newman’s (Sharon Case) strange dream.
That could’ve been a bit of foreshadowing about Summer and Chance’s real engagement news down the road.
