The Young and the Restless (Y&R) spoilers reveal that the show has released a new sneak peek video that’s all about Phyllis Summers (Michelle Stafford) and her unique brand of chaos.
Phyllis finally had to let go of her Danny Romalotti (Michael Damian) delusions and accept that he doesn’t want a romance with her.
Danny clearly wants a future with Christine Blair (Lauralee Bell) instead, but that’s only going to fuel Phyllis’ anger and the desire for revenge.
After Phyllis realizes Danny and Christine have gotten a room together at the athletic club, she’ll approach the door and listen in on their romantic rendezvous.
It’ll be a situation where Phyllis is simultaneously curious and disgusted once she gets updates on what’s happening behind closed doors.
Phyllis will finally get fed up and start to walk away, but then that scheming mind of hers will begin working in overdrive.
Y&R’s sneak peek video shows Phyllis catching a glimpse of a nearby fire alarm, so she pulls it and sets off a siren that’s sure to slam the brakes on Danny and Christine’s time in bed together.
On the surface, this upcoming scene on the Monday, March 25 Y&R episode will deliver some laughs and entertain many fans.
However, there are some more problematic issues in play here that could come back to haunt Phyllis soon.
First of all, it’s a crime to pull a fire alarm when there isn’t a blaze or some other emergency that needs attention.
Danny and Christine’s roll in the hay certainly doesn’t qualify!
That means the cops could be looking for the person who pulled the alarm, so they could turn to the security tapes and find a very familiar redhead on the footage.
There’s also a strange moment in the sneak peek clip that we want to focus on that involves Phyllis’ pricked finger.
Phyllis gasps dramatically and sucks on that finger like she’s injured it while pulling the fire alarm, so we have to consider why.
There must be a reason for Phyllis’ finger dramatics, so maybe she pierced the skin and left a drop of blood behind.
Could that be a way for the police to score DNA proof that sinks Phyllis?
Phyllis was given a year of probation that she hasn’t completed yet, so that raises the stakes.
Revenge could come at a price if Phyllis gets in trouble with the law and finds herself sitting in lockup.
The Young and the Restless spoilers say Phyllis is her own worst enemy, so we’ll offer predictions on all the terrible news that could be headed her way.
