The Young and the Restless (Y&R) spoilers reveal that Phyllis Summers (Michelle Stafford) definitely has a vengeful side, which tends to bring trouble. Phyllis isn’t someone who likes to let her grudges go, so that could lead to problems for Lily Winters (Christel Khalil).
In the April 15 episode, Daniel Romalotti Jr. (Michael Graziadei) will admit Phyllis could get caught in the fallout of his lawsuit against Lily.
After all, Lily probably won’t be inclined to keep Daniel’s mom around now that all this drama is going down.
Since Phyllis may be fired anyway, she’ll hint that she should really just quit and convince the rest of Daniel’s old team to follow suit.
However, Phyllis will ultimately hint about some other opportunities – and she’ll make an alarming prediction to Nick Newman (Joshua Morrow) and Summer Newman (Allison Lanier) later.
After Phyllis points to things blowing up big time at Chancellor-Winters, she’ll allude to some grand plans and leave Summer as well as Nick concerned.
It sounds like Phyllis is planning to retaliate against Lily in some way – and it could be far bigger than encouraging the other employees to walk off the job in solidarity.
It seems like Phyllis has something more sinister in store, so Nick could grow worried and decide to offer Lily a warning.
Nick knows Lily is already going through a lot due to Daniel’s betrayal, so he surely won’t want her to face Phyllis’ chaos on top of that.
Phyllis is capable of anything and makes just about any situation worse, so Nick may determine that he can’t let Hurricane Phyllis come blowing in without giving Lily a heads-up.
It just wouldn’t be right since Nick cares about Lily and doesn’t want to see Phyllis pile on more pain.
Y&R fans know Nick and Lily recently bonded as they shared an unexpected lunch together.
It immediately got fans wondering if Lily and Nick might have a romance in the works.
If that’s the case, Nick’s potential warning about whatever Phyllis is cooking up could be another step on the path to love.
That could mean putting Nick’s friendship with Lily first as he tries to save her from Phyllis’ reign of terror.
It looks like Lily and Nick could grow closer in the coming weeks, so we’ll see if he stops Phyllis’ latest revenge plot and strengthens his connection with Lily in the process.
