The Young and the Restless (Y&R) spoilers reveal that Seth Morgan (Brian Gaskill) tried to play the hero and paid the price! After learning he’d been duped by “Isabelle” aka Jordan (Colleen Zenk), Seth wanted to do his part to take her down.
Unfortunately, that attempt ended in Seth’s grim fate since Jordan pushed him in front of a speeding car.
Seth didn’t survive, so now Nikki Newman (Melody Thomas Scott) is left to face the guilt of dragging her AA friend into this mess.
Of course, deranged Jordan is really the only one to blame here.
It’s clear that Jordan wasn’t going to let Seth stop her, so it’s not surprising that he lost his life after trying to lure her into police custody.
On Instagram, Brian Gaskill confirmed that the March 5 episode was the end of the road for his short-lived character.
Seth didn’t last all that long in Genoa City, but Gaskill still appreciated the opportunity to be part of an amazing show and fun storyline.
In Brian Gaskill’s statement, he said “yeah, that happened” and urged fans to watch his exit if they haven’t already.
It was certainly a shocking moment when Jordan gave Seth that shove and caused him to bite the dust!
Gaskill insisted he had a “great time” with his co-stars along with everyone behind-the-scenes at Y&R.
“And it was incredible to see so much support from all of my friends on social media, who have been following along over the years… So grateful for all of you. Now let’s see what comes next…” Gaskill said in his post.
In the comments, one fan piped up to suggest that Seth could have an identical twin out there.
Gaskill simply replied with an “awww lol,” so he seemed to appreciate the fact that some viewers were rooting for him to stick around.
On X, the social media app formerly known as Twitter, Gaskill offered praise for Colleen Zenk before joking about what could’ve happened if this were a soap with a more supernatural side.
“I love Jordan and @ColleenZenk … if it were the supernatural world of Port Charles, I could come back as a zombie and be Jordan’s ‘Igor’ lol. But alas…” Gaskill said.
