The Young and the Restless (Y&R) spoilers reveal that Tucker McCall (Trevor St. John) may be headed over the edge. According to 2024 preview info, Tucker’s revenge scheme will threaten Ashley Abbott’s (Eileen Davidson) well-being and force the Abbotts to work together.
It’s clear that Y&R’s trying to build some sort of story around Ashley and Tucker’s Paris memories.
There has to be a reason why Tucker and Ashley remember that café confrontation so differently.
Tucker feels like Ashley has convinced herself that his behavior was worse than it actually was.
However, Ashley is adamant that she’s not wrong about this – and we’re inclined to believe her.
After all, Ashley isn’t some fragile flower who gets scared easily.
We’ve seen Ashley stand up to other fierce foes over the years, so why would she cower in fear over Tucker’s anger unless it was truly over the top?
Ashley is genuinely terrified over what she considers to be Tucker’s abusive behavior.
It would send a horrible message if the writers eventually tried to act like Ashley was misremembering what happened.
Perhaps it’s Tucker who’s misremembering instead. This could be a story where Tucker ultimately spirals out of control and doesn’t realize he’s becoming a monster.
That brings us back to the 2024 preview info about Ashley’s well-being ending up in jeopardy.
It sounds like more danger is brewing for Ashley, so could Tucker resort to kidnapping her or something along those lines?
Tucker might use Ashley as leverage during his revenge plot – or maybe he could take her hostage in some terrible attempt to rekindle things.
Perhaps Tucker will try to force Ashley into a Paris honeymoon do-over and push her to team up with him on an empire like they planned before.
Of course, Tucker could be headed for the exit door if he goes that far. It all depends on
what the writers have planned, but it does feel like Tucker’s spinning his wheels and never accomplishing much of anything.
Tucker may finally bring some exciting drama at Ashley’s expense, so could he get arrested and land behind bars over it?
