Beyond the Gates spoilers indicate the week of March 31-April 4 will be explosive.
The preview video for the soap just dropped, and fans should brace themselves for some unexpected bombshells over the next five days.
The promo opens up with an interesting scene between Bill Hamilton (Timon Durrett) and his daughter, Naomi Hamilton Hawthorne (Arielle Prepetit).
They are in his office, as he’s holding his hand/wrist, when she states that she’s calling 9-1-1. Is Bill, okay? Is he checking his pulse?
It’s hard to tell if he’s having a medical emergency or if Naomi is being sarcastic, so fans will have to tune in to see what happens next.
Meanwhile, as the scenes shift within the video, a clip is also shown between Naomi and her new stepmom, Hayley Lawson-Hamilton (Marquita Goings).
To two are sitting at a table when Naomi asks, “You really want to help?” Hayley sympathetically nods and as she goes to grab Naomi’s hand, her former bestie snaps back with, “Then, stay the hell away!”
Speaking of Hayley, as the preview video progresses, she’ll be looking for Bill. It looks like the two will have plans to meet up for dinner or something of that nature, as she’ll be dressed up and seemingly at a restaurant.
Fans can hear her “insisting” on someone telling her where Bill is, and as she’s throwing out these demanding orders, a clip is shown of Bill, on a couch somewhere, happily smiling at Dani Dupree (Karla Mosley).
Their eyes lock, and it looks like the two are about to kiss; however, is this reality or possibly a dream of Dani’s? Fans will have to tune in to find out.
Across town, Beyond the Gates preview for March 31-April 4 note Jacob Hawthorne (Jibre Hordges) will have his fair share of drama at the police station.
The promo shows Jacob hiding in the shadows at night somewhere from afar as he spots his partner, Marcel Malone (Darryl W. Handy) taking money from Joey Armstrong (Jon Lindstrom).
The scenes shift, and Jacob is telling his dad and police chief Elon Hawthorne (Malachi Malik), that he saw his partner take money from a suspected criminal.
Interestingly enough, Elon warns Jacob to stop looking into this and to keep quiet, but will Jacob follow his dad’s orders?
Lastly, the final clip of the promo is of Vernon Dupree (Clifton Davis) and Anita Dupree (Tamara Tunie) at the mansion.
Both seem upset about something as Anita states “That man has too much power.” Vernon instantly replies to her noting, “We can’t allow him to pull that trigger!”
Beyond the Gates spoilers suggest the two could be talking about Bill, as he seems to have information about Martin Richardson (Brandon Claybon) over their head; however, this conversation could be about a new threat looming on the horizon for the Dupree family, too.
