Beyond the Gates spoilers for the week of November 17-21 tease that Hayley Hamilton (Marquita Goings) will get caught slipping some poison into Bill Hamilton’s (Timon Durrett) drink, while Anita Dupree (Tamara Tunie) will start to get suspicious about Vernon Dupree’s (Clifton Davis) “secret”.
The CBS soap just released its preview for the week of November 17-21, and it looks like the proverbial poop is about to hit the fan in the land of Fairmont Crest.
The BTG video opens with Andre Richardson (Sean Freeman) and Dani Dupree (Karla Mosley) on their honeymoon in Los Angeles.
The two are in their hotel room, on the bed, donning fluffy white robes, with a glass of champagne each.
Andre lifts his to make a toast and says, “To my wife, I love you,” to which Dani replies, “I love you, too!”
They clink glasses, and the two seem very happy. It sounds like the DAndre lovefest will continue during the week of November 17.
With that said, as the promo progresses, a scene between Vernon and Anita is shown next.
Fairmont Crest’s OG super couple are at the country club enjoying a meal when Anita asks Vernon when he’s going to tell her what his little secret is.
She adds, “… or do I have to start guessing. You know how vivid my imagination is!”
Vernon tells his wife that her imagination isn’t as vivid as Leslie Thomas’s (Trisha Mann-Grant), so will the family’s nemesis catch Vernon with Sharon Winger (Bonita Brisker) together?
Will she run to Anita with the intel? Beyond the Gates spoilers for next week do hint that Leslie will attempt to extort a Dupree, so anything is possible!
With that said, Vernon can play up on Leslie being a troublemaker, so he may have his bases covered!
Speaking of Leslie, she’s seen in the weekly preview, crying to Ted Richardson (Keith D. Robinson) in his office.
Leslie tells her baby’s daddy that she doesn’t know where else to turn, which is when Ted boldly states, “I think you walk around dropping matches, and then act surprised when fire starts.”
As the Beyond the Gates promo continues, fans can expect to see Katherine “Kat” Richardson (Colby Muhammad) rip into Eva Thomas (Ambyr Michelle).
The “sisters” are sitting at a table at Uptown when Kat declares, “I wish your mother had gotten rid of you, because we’d all be living our best lives if you had never been born!”
It sounds like things between Kat and Eva will get uglier before they get better.
As the BTG video ends, the last clip is of Hayley dropping more poison into a drink for Bill.
She happily states, “One small dose for Bill, one giant leap toward a 10-million-dollar payout for Hayley!”
The child bride is almost laughing as she makes the statement, and does a little dance, just as Naomi Hawthorne (Arielle Prepetit) walks into the room, from behind.
Hayley can’t see her stepdaughter, and it’s uncertain if Naomi saw and heard “everything” Hayley was up to.
Beyond the Gates spoilers indicate there is a good chance that all Naomi heard was something about a $10 million life insurance policy – it’s also possible she didn’t see the poison go into Bill’s cup, so fans will have to tune in to see what happens next.
