Beyond the Gates Spoilers Friday, May 16: Leslie’s Trapped, Nicole’s New Beginning, Dani’s Risk

Beyond the Gates spoilers for Friday, May 16, imply that Leslie Thomas (Trisha Mann-Grant) will be trapped, while Nicole Richardson (Daphnée Duplaix) ponders a new beginning.

Plus, Dani Dupree (Karla Mosley) takes a risk, so it’s time to talk about all the drama set to unravel during Friday’s show.

First, in the aftermath of the Thursday, May 15 episode, Leslie will feel cornered.

Katherine “Kat” Richardson (Colby Muhammad) started a voice recording on her phone during Thursday’s show, and Leslie spilled the beans on Laura Peterson’s (Destiny Love) car accident – sort of.

At first, Kat accused Eva Thomas (Ambyr Michelle) of running the Richardson family’s assistant to purposely injure her so that she could snag her job.

Kat put two and two together during the May 15 episode and deduced that this was done on purpose so that Eva could score Laura’s job and gather intel for her and Leslie’s scheme.

Still, Leslie gave a detailed account of what happened (and was taped by Kat’s phone unknowingly). Although she didn’t admit to it outright, she implied a lot.

The voice recording would certainly be very incriminating if it got to the police.

But will Kat stupidly confront Leslie on her own with the voice recording she acquired, without backup?

Considering how dangerous Leslie is, this would be a horrible decision on all fronts, but it would make for good daytime drama TV, so only time will tell.

Across town, Beyond the Gates spoilers for Friday suggest Nicole will ponder making a life-changing decision.

After the truth bomb regarding her husband, Ted Johnson’s (Keith D. Robinson) affair, Nicole is at a crossroads.

Will this decision she makes be one that takes her to a new beginning or one that has her forgiving Ted and moving past this scandal?

Meanwhile, Nicole’s sister Dani will embark on a new chapter, but it sounds like a risky one.

She and bestie Pamela Curtis (Cady McClain) will take the next steps in launching their modeling agency idea.

With that said, will they need an investor to back up their business, or will the two have the capital to fund it on their own?

Placing your life savings into a venture isn’t always the best idea, as Dani and Pamela could be left with nothing if their modeling company fails.

But, with a last name like ‘Dupree’, Dani will likely land on her feet, either way.

Finally, Doug McBride (Jason Graham) will run out of options, and this is likely about the gambling debt he owes Joey Armstrong (Jon Lindstrom).

The casino owner made it clear that he wanted the funds (with interest) within the week, on the Tuesday, May 13 episode – so Doug is running out of time.

Considering the amount is high, it’ll be next to impossible for him to easily gather the funds.

Beyond the Gates spoilers remind fans that Joey gave Doug a list of illegal things he could do to pay off his debt, including using his wife, Vanessa McBride’s (Lauren Buglioli) high-end real estate firm, to launder money.

Doug was disgusted with all the options, especially the ones involving Vanessa, but it looks like on Friday’s show, he’ll have no choice but to follow Joey’s orders (illegal or not).
