Jacob suspects his new partner, veteran detective Marcel Malone (Darryl W. Handy), is getting paid off by would-be criminal Joey Armstrong (Jon Lindstrom).
Meanwhile, Naomi will wonder if settling the lawsuit with Bill, versus going to court, is the better way to go for her clients.
Naomi is itching to go toe-to-toe with her father in the courtroom and shoot him down, but should she allow her need for this type of faceoff to come before what’s best for her three clients?
Lastly, Beyond the Gates spoilers for Wednesday reveal Andre Richardson (Sean Freeman) will get an unusual dinner date invitation when Ashley Morgan (Jen Jacob), along with her firefight boyfriend Derek Baldwin (Ben Gavin) ask him over for dinner.
This is very interesting since Jacob and Derek had a chat about Andre during the April 1 episode.
Jacob warned Derek that Andre was into his gal pal, and Derek didn’t disagree. In addition, Ashley and Andre had a confrontation on Tuesday’s show, as the nurse called out the freelance photographer.
After all, he’d been working overtime to try and avoid her and booked interviews with every other nurse at the hospital but her for his new documentary.
