Beyond the Gates spoilers for Wednesday, June 11, imply some bombshells on the horizon where Chelsea Hamilton (RhonniRose Mantilla) is concerned.
While Bill Hamilton (Timon Durrett) suffered from a stroke during the week of June 2-6 and landed in the hospital, the good news is he is slated for a full recovery.
He started rehab on Tuesday, June 10, although he was giving both Ashley Morgan (Jen Jacob) and Shanice Johnson (Ernestine Johnson) a hard time as the two ladies were trying to help him with his recovery efforts.
BTG spoilers for June 11 hint that Chelsea will have some worries about her father.
Could he regress during Wednesday’s episode? Could he possibly suffer another stroke? Anything is possible in the land of soaps!
Although, Dani Dupree (Karla Mosley) mentioned during the June 10 episode what a terrible patient Bill can be, and how stubborn he is.
She also added that he is someone who hates showing weakness.
If Bill doesn’t follow the doctor’s orders, he could find himself stumbling backward instead of forward.
Then again, Chelsea’s concern could lie within the very scary moments she had watching her dad struggle in that hospital bed.
The silver lining in all this is that Chelsea’s new love interest, Dr. Madison Montgomery (Kenjah McNeil), who also happens to be Bill’s acting physician, will provide support to her during Wednesday’s show.
Madison won’t only be able to offer Chelsea some comforting words, but as Bill’s doctor, she will also provide her with answers to her questions and solid advice on how Chelsea can help her dad during this trying time.
Over to Anita Dupree’s (Tamara Tunie) world, she’ll already have an update for Vernon Dupree (Clifton Davis) on how the Articulettes’ reunion is going.
After a heartfelt chat with her fellow singing sisters, Tracy (Maria Howell) and Sharon (Bonita Brisker) on the June 10 show, Anita and the others decided to push the button on their stage reunion.
In fact, the trio hit the ground running by heading off to Chicago for rehearsals after their talk.
