Beyond the Gates (BTG) spoilers for Wednesday, March 19 indicate the proverbial poop is about to hit the fan. In fact, Wednesday may feel like a Friday, since it’ll be the last new episode of the week!
That’s because the CBS soap will be pre-empted on Thursday, March 20, and Friday, March 21 due to the NCAA college basketball tournament, March Madness.
Now that all the pre-emptions have been mentioned, time to dive into the drama!
First things first, Dani Dupree (Karla Mosley) will go missing. The Tuesday, March 18 episode showed Dani, once again hitting the bottle and passing out (in your own home this time) in a creepy fashion of crying and laughing all in one swoop.
Where will Dani end up on Wednesday? That’s hard to say, but the silver lining in all this is that Andre Richardson (Sean Freeman) will eventually find her.
Will the two share some steamy scenes after the fact?
Speaking of Andre, he’ll be the topic of conversation when Ashley Morgan (Jen Jacob) and her mom, Jan Morgan (Jerri Tubbs) get together.
Ashley will have a bit of a vent session with Jan, and she might be frustrated over the fact that Andre tried to kiss her during the Friday, March 14 episode, mere steps away from her firefighter boyfriend who was in the hospital due to injuries sustained on the job.
Derek Baldwin (Ben Gavin) is the picture-perfect man; however, fans have also seen Ashley flirt her heart out when Andre visits her at the nurse’s station.
Will she admit to her mom that she has feelings for her freelance photographer friend, despite his arrogance – and despite her love for Derek?
Moving on to Dana “Leslie” Thomas (Trisha Mann-Grant) and Eva Thomas (Ambyr Michelle), these two will be up to no good (as per usual).
Leslie is currently trying to gather DNA evidence to prove that Eva is Ted Richardson’s (Maurice Johnson) daughter, but how do they plan on dropping this bombshell?
Added teasers for Wednesday’s show suggest Ted and Nicole Richardson (Daphnée Duplaix) will start planning an anniversary milestone.
As Eva is the couple’s temporary assistant, will she inform Leslie of this so that they can place a wrench in the couple’s celebration?
