Beyond the Gates spoilers for the week of June 16-20 suggest some major moments in Fairmont Crest, as Vanessa McBride (Lauren Buglioli) swerves Joey Armstrong (Jon Linstrom).
Recently, Joey’s plan to use Vanessa’s high-end real estate firm for money laundering blew up, and she quickly learned she was merely a pawn in his game to get to this goal.
During the Monday, June 16 episode, it seems like Vanessa will catch Joey off guard when she strikes up a deal of her own, and lets it be known that she isn’t overly upset about the money-making scheme he has planned for her real estate business.
She’ll tell him that he can catch more flies with honey, so to speak, and she’ll make it clear that she’s a little disappointed that he felt the need to trick her into this plan.
The two will cut a new deal, as Vanessa uses her negotiating skills to carve something out that will benefit her and Doug McBride (Jason Graham) a little more.
After all, she may be a cheater, but she’s not disloyal to her husband and will always have his back.
With that said, it looks like Joey and Vanessa’s affair will continue.
Still, is Vanessa trying to dupe Joey using her seductive skills? Does she have a bigger plan in mind?
As the week goes on, BTG spoilers suggest she and Joey will continue to get closer, so it sounds like she’s playing a dangerous game either way.
Over to Ashley Morgan (Jen Jacob) and Derek Baldwin (Ben Gavin), his proposal will flop, and it looks like Fairmont Crest’s most boring couple will break up.
With that said, Andre Richardson (Sean Freeman) will be there by her side to help wipe her tears; however, will the two find themselves becoming more than just friends?
Interestingly enough, as the days go by, both Andre and Dani Dupree (Karla Mosley) will share a confession, so both will admit to something, but what could this be about?
Are their days together coming to an end?
In other news, Andre will also give his uncle, Ted Richardson (Keith D. Robinson), some relationship advice, which is ironic since Andre is more of a playboy than boyfriend; however, Ted may not have “relationship” much longer.
After all, the Friday, June 20 episode suggests that his estranged wife, Nicole Richardson (Daphnee Duplaix) will propose something ‘life-changing’.
During the Beyond the Gates preview, Nicole is shown at Ted’s office with an envelope, so will she request a divorce?
Across town, Bradley “Smitty” Smith (Mike Manning) will have a ton of drama going on, so let’s talk about his husband, Martin Richardson (Brandon Claybon), first.
During the Monday, June 16 show, Martin will have an explosive confrontation with the mystery man who’s been following him and Vernon Dupree (Clifton Davis).
The June 13 episode had said mystery man whispering in Martin’s ear, “What color is your money?”, while at the country club – a recurring statement that has been heard during Martin’s flashbacks about his ‘secret’.
Martin will corner the man, whose name is Kenny (Jason Vendryes), so it’ll be interesting to see what the fake country club waiter will say.
Back to Smitty, he’ll strongly advise Martin to get treatment for his hallucinations, but it seems unlikely that he’ll follow his husband’s advice.
Meanwhile, added teasers suggest that Smitty’s current assignment will ‘expose’ secrets, but will they be linked to Martin’s big one or possibly a secret Detective Marcel Malone (Darryl W. Handy) is trying to hide?
Over to Chelsea Hamilton (RhonniRose Mantilla), she and Dr. Madison Montgomery (Kenjah McNeil) will enjoy a nice date during the week of June 16-20, and fans should expect things to move quite fast between the two ladies as they not only enjoy their first kiss, but ‘other’ steamy activities as well!
With that said, it looks like Madison and Chelsea will take an even bigger step by the time the weekend hits, so what could this be about?
Speaking of Chelsea, her bestie and cousin, Katherine “Kat” Thomas (Colby Muhammad), will have some major expectations where Tomas “Tom” Navarro (Alex Alegria) is concerned. Does this mean that these two cross a line next week, too?
Elsewhere, Naomi Hamilton (Arielle Prepetit) will help June (Jasmine Burke) recover something that she’s lost, so it looks like fans will get even more information about the mystery that surrounds the homeless woman.
Finally, Bill Hamilton (Timon Durrett) will have an uphill battle with his stroke recovery, which will add to Hayley Hamilton’s (Marquita Goings) anxiety.
Beyond the Gates spoilers suggest that Bill could have a relapse over the next five days that will not only have Hayley panicked but will also have her husband looking into life insurance policies to secure his wife and unborn child’s future, if that means a future without him around!
