Days of Our Lives (DOOL) spoilers for Friday, December 19, reveal that Chanel Dupree DiMera (Raven Bowens) will keep an alarming secret while Peter Blake’s (Dan Gauthier) crypt arrival shakes things up. Arianna “Ari” Horton (Marissa Reyes) will also tackle a crisis, so let’s talk about what’s coming up in Salem on Friday.
First on Friday’s DOOL episode, Ari will complain to Kate Roberts Brady (Lauren Koslow) and get some guidance.
Gabi Hernandez (Cherie Jimenez) has forbidden Ari from moving forward with a potential DiMera internship, so Ari will voice her frustration to Kate.
Although Kate may understand Gabi’s reservations – especially considering all the DiMera disappearances that have been happening – she may push Ari to make decisions for herself.
Speaking of those DiMera disappearances, the captives will grow increasingly concerned about Kristen DiMera’s (Stacy Haiduk) infection and worsening fever.
However, Kristen and the others will get a distraction when a new crypt dweller arrives.
Days spoilers say Peter will be thrown into captivity next, so Kristen, Chad DiMera (Billy Flynn), EJ DiMera (Dan Feuerriegel), Tony DiMera (Thaao Penghlis) and Theo Carver (Tyler Joseph Andrews) will all get a shock.
Peter is the adoptive son of Stefano DiMera (Joseph Mascolo) as well as Kristen’s biological brother, so she’ll be especially excited over this reunion – at least at first!
Days spoilers hint that Kristen and Peter’s reconnection could take a wrong turn, particularly if she accuses him of being the kidnapper and faking his own snatching to throw them off the trail.
It looks like Kristen may lash out and injure Peter at some point, so stay tuned for updates on all the continued DiMera drama.
In the meantime, Gabi will struggle with guilt over the secrets she’s keeping from Philip Kiriakis (John-Paul Lavoisier), but she’ll bury her negative feelings and pretend everything’s fine in his presence.
As for Chanel, Days spoilers say she’ll hide some alarming news from Johnny DiMera (Carson Boatman) regarding her health and their family.
It appears Chanel will have a checkup that leads to some shocking results. Sarah Horton (Linsey Godfrey) seems poised to tell Chanel that she’s pregnant, which is complicated for multiple reasons.
Chanel and Johnny just adopted a baby, so they weren’t planning on adding to their family so soon.
Furthermore, this pregnancy could be dangerous due to Chanel’s medical condition, so Chanel won’t tell Johnny about their impending family addition just yet.
Nevertheless, Days of Our Lives spoilers say Chanel can’t keep a lid on this indefinitely and will have to tell Johnny the truth in the coming episodes.
