General Hospital (GH) spoilers update for Friday, February 7, reveals that Carly Spencer (Laura Wright) will react to Nina Reeves’ (Cynthia Watros) Drew Quartermaine (Cameron Mathison) takedown pitch while Lulu Spencer (Alexa Havins Bruening) has a dangerous run-in.
First, let’s talk about Jordan Ashford’s (Tanisha Harper) plan to charm Jenz Sidwell (Carlo Rota) and get the goods on him.
Jordan will have some updates to share with Anna Devane (Finola Hughes) as she gears up for the next phase of her mission.
Meanwhile, Lulu will consider a strategy shift that could help her track down Charlotte Cassadine (Scarlett Fernandez).
Laura Collins (Genie Francis) may remind Lulu that Rocco Falconeri (Finn Carr) still needs his mom too, so Lulu will have to figure out how to balance her daughter search with stability for her son.
At some point, Lulu will have a dangerous run-in on Friday’s GH episode.
Since Lulu will be at the Metro Court along with Sidwell, he could be the one she encounters.
That could give Lulu a chance to rip into Lucky Spencer’s (Jonathan Jackson) former captor, but she could be playing with fire considering what Sidwell’s capable of.
Since Sidwell will sit down at a table with Drew, Laura may sound the alarm to the new congressman.
Drew will definitely get some cautionary words from Laura, so she may warn that it’s best to steer clear of Sidwell and his risky agendas.
Nevertheless, Drew will at least hear Sidwell out on Friday’s show. When Sidwell puts Drew through a grilling session about Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard), Drew may wonder what angle this guy’s working.
There have been concerns about Sidwell potentially being behind the explosion at Sonny’s penthouse, so his interest in Sonny could back up that idea.
Speaking of Sonny, he may play it cool in front of Natalia Ramirez (Eva LaRue), but she’ll apparently sense that he’s nervous about his cardiologist appointment.
Natalia won’t judge Sonny for having a little anxiety and will be there for him once he gets his upcoming results, too.
Some difficult news could be headed Sonny’s way, so Natalia may think he needs to fill his family in on his heart condition once they’re back in Port Charles.
Over with Carly and Lucas Jones (Van Hansis), they’ll trade more words of wisdom while Nina gives Maxie Jones (Kirsten Storms) the lowdown on her plan.
Maxie will be taken aback when she finds out Nina wants to join forces with Carly on a new scheme to break up Drew and Willow Corinthos (Katelyn MacMullen).
Afterward, Nina will make her Drew takedown pitch to Carly, who’ll consider whether she wants to partner up on ruining Drew and destroying his relationship with Willow.
Carly may have some reservations about working together, but Nina may argue that they need to unite against a far worse enemy and do what needs to be done.
At Turning Woods, Cyrus Renault (Jeff Kober) will lose his temper when some scary suspicions start swirling about him.
We’ll see Cyrus grill the administrator about who’s behind all the lies, so he may fear he’s getting banned from the facility.
However, Cyrus is clearly still up to no good, so Josslyn Jacks (Eden McCoy) will keep working to prove it.
Lucky and Elizabeth Baldwin (Rebecca Herbst) are also planning on framing Cyrus for a parole violation, so that could put them in peril soon enough.
